We were so impressed with the care home that we moved my father in during Covid and recommended it to a friend, who also moved her mother in. Pre-Covid, it had a brilliant community feel. We can't wait till we are all able to visit our loved ones in their new home. We can't thank the staff enough for going above and beyond during these difficult times.

From the initial contact right through the whole care process, I have found all members of the staff and management to be helpful, supportive, caring and understanding to both ours and the resident's needs. Keeping within the bounds of health and safety for all and reasonable expectation. Every reasonable effort is made to engage residents in activities and provide both internal and external services eg hospital, dental, optical visits and outings. Kept us fully informed as to any problems with Mum's health and condition allowing us peace of mind.

The staff at Willow Court have been exceptional with the care of my mother, particularly during this lockdown period. I have received at least weekly written reports about my mother and often telephone calls when their have been issues with her deteriorating health. During lockdown, my mother had a birthday and we the family were allowed to see her through the glass doors at reception. The staff went out of their way to make this visit as happy and enjoyable as possible for us all and it was quite clear my mother was having a very enjoyable day. She also looked very well. This was repeated on the garden visit we were allowed. Given my mother's health issues she looked extremely well and clearly very well cared for. All the staff at Willow Court are a joy to deal with and clearly have the welfare of the residents as their main priority. I have seen all the Facebook posts and nearly everyday something fun is happening, from Elvis day to Prosecco day. Thank you so much.

Our care homes love making a fuss of residents on special occasions as it is a cause for celebration, not just for the guest of honour, but our other residents benefit from joining in the fun and excitement too.
