Willow Court, conveniently located in Harpenden, offers a range of care services including residential care, specialist dementia care and respite care. In addition, there is a day care centre for older people.

Within the home you'll find welcoming lounges and dining rooms as well as other inviting areas including cosy corners and themed areas. Each of the bedrooms in the home are en-suite and fully furnished. The bedrooms in the home's extension also include showers. All bedrooms benefit from wi-fi connectivity, a nurse call system and a television.

Willow Court has it's own café area, conveniently situated near reception, which is the perfect place to sit and socialise with family and friends over tea, coffee and other refreshments. The French doors of the café open straight onto one of the garden patios, perfect for summer BBQs and parties.

The home's beautiful landscaped gardens include a number seating areas and patios, raised flower beds and a gazebo. A perfect place to relax in during the spring and summer months.

Willow Court has its own dedicated activity worker who ensues that there are plenty of activities for residents to take part in.

I was invited to attend a monthly dinner at Willow Court.
The staff were friendly and welcoming - nothing was too much trouble.
The room was nicely decorated with pleasant background music.
The food was superb.
I have an allergy which had previously been communicated and when I arrived the chef
spoke to me personally to ensure that my food would be suitable.
The food and service were wonderful.
There was a wonderful ambience and all the residents present had a wonderful time with their relatives.
A wonderful, warm, friendly evening.

I have found the Willow Court staff, attention to detail and care for my mother excellent. The dining club organised so residents can dine with their families is an excellent idea. This was our first experience of 'fine dining' which I believe is held once a month. The ambience was lovely and friendly and the staff all worked well to serve us with delicious food. Monday evening dining event including residents and their families/friends:- This was an excellent evening with an excellent quality of food and service. The staff were lovely and this gives residents the chance to eat in a relaxed familiar environment with their families/friends. It was lovely to see

My mum moved into Willow Court 9 weeks ago and I cannot fault any member of staff. Their care is second to none, absolutely fantastic. The staff are always on hand and very very helpful with everything. Cleanliness is spotless.

I have nothing but great things to say about Willow Court. My mother was a day resident and respite but is now in full-time residence. All these times have been very good for my mum; the activities they do with them, the days out, all the staff know my mother's name and say hello. My mum loves the food,
especially the desserts. The care is excellent, the accommodation and is so, so nice with lots of nostalgic posters, items, pictures which are lovely. The manager is the best and so helpful all the time.

I have been a resident at Willow Court for just 4 months and I would like to say that the caring staff (night and day) and the housekeeping staff are excellent. They are always considerate, helpful and supportive. There are plenty of activities to join in each day if wanted which gives an opportunity
to meet other residents and make new friends. I already realise that my decision to come and stay at Willow Court was the right one.
