I have been a resident at Willow Court for just 4 months and I would like to say that the caring staff (night and day) and the housekeeping staff are excellent. They are always considerate, helpful and supportive. There are plenty of activities to join in each day if wanted which gives an opportunity to meet other residents and make new friends. I already realise that my decision to come and stay at Willow Court was the right one.

I visited my sister yesterday and was delighted to find the home covered in decorations for Easter and all the staff friendly and smiling. My sister was happy and said many good things about the home and the staff, who greeted me with smiles and friendly chat as they did with her. The manager should be congratulated for creating a wonderful atmosphere.

The staff at Willow Court have really helped my mother transition well to living in care. The warmth provided here from all the staff is outstanding and that is so important when I, her daughter, live very far away. Nothing has been too much trouble and I very much like that I saw proactive caring on the medical side when she went through a challenging time of late. The rooms are a very nice size allowing space for wheelchair, walking frame, tray etc. without feeling crowded and there is a reasonable amount of space in the wardrobe and draws. It is always clean and never so perfect that it does not feel like home. There are lots of activities and lots of smiles and laughter. I was made to feel very welcome when I was able to visit. This place gets a big thumbs up from me!

We are very happy with the care that my father has received. Within days of being there, he showed great improvement in his physio and mental health. After less than two weeks he is better than he has been for years. I am certain that this is down to the excellent care provided by the staff. They are all without fail dedicated, professional caring people who really have made my fathers stay so pleasant and beneficial for him. The buildings are well kept and the setting is inviting in a quiet location. Inside is bright with lots of daylight. There are plenty of areas for residents to be out of their rooms. The food is also excellent with good variety and choice. I could not recommend this care home enough!!
