Willow Court, conveniently located in Harpenden, offers a range of care services including residential care, specialist dementia care and respite care. In addition, there is a day care centre for older people.

Within the home you'll find welcoming lounges and dining rooms as well as other inviting areas including cosy corners and themed areas. Each of the bedrooms in the home are en-suite and fully furnished. The bedrooms in the home's extension also include showers. All bedrooms benefit from wi-fi connectivity, a nurse call system and a television.

Willow Court has it's own café area, conveniently situated near reception, which is the perfect place to sit and socialise with family and friends over tea, coffee and other refreshments. The French doors of the café open straight onto one of the garden patios, perfect for summer BBQs and parties.

The home's beautiful landscaped gardens include a number seating areas and patios, raised flower beds and a gazebo. A perfect place to relax in during the spring and summer months.

Willow Court has its own dedicated activity worker who ensues that there are plenty of activities for residents to take part in.

I visited my sister yesterday and was delighted to find the home covered in decorations for Easter and all the staff friendly and smiling. My sister was happy and said many good things about the home and the staff, who greeted me with smiles and friendly chat as they did with her. The manager should
be congratulated for creating a wonderful atmosphere.

The staff at Willow Court have really helped my mother transition well to living in care. The warmth provided here from all the staff is outstanding and that is so important when I, her daughter, live very far away. Nothing has been too much trouble and I very much like that I saw proactive caring on
the medical side when she went through a challenging time of late. The rooms are a very nice size allowing space for wheelchair, walking frame, tray etc. without feeling crowded and there is a reasonable amount of space in the wardrobe and draws. It is always clean and never so perfect that it does not feel like home. There are lots of activities and lots of smiles and laughter. I was made to feel very welcome when I was able to visit. This place gets a big thumbs up from me!

We are very happy with the care that my father has received. Within days of being there, he showed great improvement in his physio and mental health. After less than two weeks he is better than he has been for years. I am certain that this is down to the excellent care provided by the staff. They are
all without fail dedicated, professional caring people who really have made my fathers stay so pleasant and beneficial for him. The buildings are well kept and the setting is inviting in a quiet location. Inside is bright with lots of daylight. There are plenty of areas for residents to be out of their rooms. The food is also excellent with good variety and choice. I could not recommend this care home enough!!

A really lovely afternoon at the fayre. Staff dressed up, made us feel welcome, encouraged us to participate in the music and dancing. Mum really enjoyed the day too! The decoration and balloons were lovely and I think everyone had a great time. Thank you so much for inviting us.

On Monday 25th April, I enjoyed yet another lovely evening with my dad at the dining club, having been to this special event before. As usual the meal was superb and the chefs surpassed themselves once again. It was served in a very ambient setting and in a very professional way. Both myself and my
dad had a wonderful time. I think it is an excellent way to be with your loved one in a familiar environment to them. I really hope it becomes a regular event.

Willow Court is welcoming, colourful and stimulating. The manager is a most tasteful, imaginative and smart person. She has made this home so colourful, interesting, friendly and efficient. She heads a good, thoughtful, respectful, efficient team of staff who are set on helping and encouraging people
who stay there. The first floor manager is a very enthusiastic, competent, caring and professional person. When we had a health scare, he was very prompt and used his special kit to check blood pressure, pulse, temperature etc very speedily. He listens to what people say and solves problems. The carers are devoted to their patients and most respectful.
