Martins House is a safe place for my Mum to live. I know she is loved and cared for by the amazing staff my sister and I like to think of as extended family. Thanks guys for taking care of our lovely Mum!
Thank you for your kind words! We're delighted to hear that your Mum is well-cared for at Martin's House. Your feedback means a lot to us, and we'll continue to provide the highest standard of care, cleanliness, and delicious home-cooked meals. Kind regards.
We came over for my aunt's birthday. The room was decorated with balloons and banners and they gave us biscuits and tea and coffee. Lots of the carers came into the room to wish my aunt happy birthday. When we took her back to her room it was spotless. She had a lovely time.

It's wonderful to hear about the special birthday celebration for your aunt at Martins House Care Home. The decorations, treats, and the well-wishes from the carers truly made her day memorable. The spotless room and your aunt's enjoyment reflect the attention to detail and care provided by Gold Care Homes. Thank you for sharing this positive experience!

My mum has sadly passed now and we are all devastated. But the love, respect and dignity they all gave my mum we could never put into words how grateful we are.
You all make such a difference.
Thank you.

They put together an investigation regarding this and were very efficient, caring for my nan and following up this investigation. All staff were helpful and friendly. My nan was sad to leave there, after 4 weeks, when she went to a care home.
Thank you very much for your kind words. We very much enjoyed your Nan staying with us and we hope she has settled well at her new care home. See you soon. All the best from the team at Martins House.
My experience with all the staff is excellent. They are all very friendly and the job they do is very good in looking after my sister-in-law. It's a very home-like care home and only wish we had found it earlier.

We all had a wonderful afternoon with freshly made sandwiches and cakes. Tea was served in lovely china cups and saucers. A cake was made for my Mother and we all sang Happy Birthday. The afternoon felt very special and was a beautiful celebration of our Mother's on their special day. Thank you so much to the staff for their lovely idea and hard work arranging the event.

The district nurse, chiropodist and hairdresser were great! Activity was slightly lacking for residents who have full mental capacity as the home was mostly dementia residents.
Thank you for your review - we have taken your comments on board regarding the activities for all and working on it. Many Thanks from all at Martins House.

When visiting today, my mother-in-law seemed low in spirits. The care shown to her by the two lovely new carers was second to none. They spent time with her and my mother-in-law was soon smiling again. Thank you all for the care and welfare you show to your residents, it is appreciated.

My father spent some time at Martins House some years ago and when my mother required respite care upon discharge from hospital, Martins House was where she really wanted to go, despite the apparent anomaly of needing to pay full fees personally unlike a discharge elsewhere. The staff and management team are excellent, the food and care are extremely good, but it is the interaction with the residents which shines brightly. The home has a family ethos.
Martins House has been fantastic. They not only look and care for Mum, but they are friendly, caring and always ready to help. Although Mum has full dementia, she is very settled. I could not recommend Martins House enough, all the staff are fantastic.

We can't speak highly enough of them all.
Very helpful, polite and very understanding of my aunt's Alzheimers. The home and her room are very clean and they keep residents entertained with something happening every day. Admin staff always keep us informed of any rule changes. Overall, it is a marvellous home.
