After 8 weeks in hospital with sepsis and cellulitis it was clear Mum wasn't going to recover. I fought for her to return to Rosslyn for her last days. I achieved this and I am so grateful for the care and compassion of staff in the days before her passing and for their kindness to me
So glad she was in her own room in the place she knew at the end.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share this. It was truly important to us that your mum was able to return to the place she knew and felt safe in her final days. I'm glad we could give her that comfort, and that you felt supported during such a difficult time. Your kind words about the...
Rosslyn Court staff have been absolutely fantastic with our mum, the care love and compassion shown to mum throughout her whole stay from her first day to her passing away the dignity and respect given to mum was outstanding as a family we are so grateful for everything you've done for mum and us as a family, we had 3 and half extra years with mum because of the care you'd given her we will always be grateful to you all.
Thank you so much for your heartfelt words. It has been our privilege to care for your mum and to support your family throughout her time with us. We are deeply grateful for the trust you placed in Rosslyn Court. Knowing that our care brought comfort and extra precious years means a great deal to...
My mother-in-law has been a resident since September 2025. The staff have been brilliant and done everything they can to help her settle in. Always activities and events going on and lovely garden room for visits. whole home is always clean and tidy and MIL is well cared for.
Thank you for your lovely feedback. We're so pleased to hear that your mother-in-law has settled in well and that you feel supported by the team. Providing a welcoming environment, meaningful activities and personalised care is very important to us. Your kind words will be shared with the staff, and I know they will truly appreciate them.
The atmosphere is good and he seems very happy, although dementia is taking is toll.
The staff are very kind to him, and seem to like him very much. I cannot visit as much as I would like to, reason being I don't drive and rely on my son driving me to Watford every few weeks.
But I feel good that he is getting the right care with the right people
Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback. It's heartening to hear that the atmosphere and care have made a positive difference. We understand how challenging it can be when regular visits aren't possible, and we'd be very happy to help arrange video calls if that would be more convenient for you. Your kind words will be shared with the team - they'll be truly touched.
A very close friend has been a resident at Rosslyn Residential Care. He has got so much better which is incredible and heartwarming to see. He is well cared for by the team who are very helpful. And the manager is wonderful and always encouraging. He loves the food which is top quality. His room and the house is very clean. There is a beautiful garden that he absolutely loves, they have nice summer parties which he thoroughly enjoys. Their engaging activities and warm interactions create an environment where he truly thrives. We both appreciate that I am able to visit which means the world to both of us.
Thank you so much for your feedback. It will be shared with our team.
The team at Rosslyn Court is amazing. It's great to see how much my grandma has been able to settle in so quickly and see growth in her health. At Rosslyn Court, we're always able to be informed with updates, they understand the correct care procedures and always make sure to keep a smile on my grans face. The family are happy to recommend the care home to others who require peace of mind. Thank you to everyone for your hard work, it really means a lot knowing that my gran is having the best care possible.
Thank you for your feedback and it will be passed to our dedicated team.
The manager and her staff looked after my mum like their own. They would refer to her as Grandma in Gujarati and make sure all her dietary needs were satisfied. Mum was underweight and she was looking amazing yesterday and was fully with her wits yesterday as she moved to a permanent placement. I will be forever indebted to the team for the care and devotion with which they looked after my mum.
Thank you so much for your feedback. This would be shared with the team.
This care home is one I would recommend for anyone who is having to make that big decision about a family member.
Thank you so much for your feedback. This would be shared with the team.
This afternoon I saw first-hand the amazing patience and kindness of staff as they dealt with my very distressed Mum. Sadly she is frequently challenging but I have only ever seen the staff calm, reassuring and smiling whether supporting her personal care or daily living. One member of staff told me she had been looking forward to coming back to work after her holiday. Doesn't that exemplify a strong team morale and excellent hands-on management.
Thank you Elaine for your kind feedback and it will be forwarded to our team.
We visit him every month and are continually impressed by the quality of care he receives.
From the interest that the manager demonstrates and the care that each of the staff show including one in particular who works tirelessly to provide their daily meals.
The staff always greet us with a smile, well done to all concerned.
Dear Keven, thank you so much for your feedback. This would be shared with the team.
The staff are amazing. They take great care, a lot of entertaining for them, food is very good and are always arranging little parties for loved ones to attend. They take great care in keeping you up to date about the well being of your loved ones.
Thank you so much for your review. This would be passed to the team.
The service and staff are not only excellent but it was like staying in a holiday five-star hotel and the staff give that type of service. I am very happy to be at Rosslyn Court. Lovely staff, very polite.
Dear David, It has been pleasure looking after you. Thank you so much for your great review. I would pass this to the team. Kind regards.
As a family, we never needed to ask for anything for our mother, everything was provided with so much thought put into it.
With regards to health, we were given peace of mind because management had already been proactive, and contacted their GP if there was any change, so we quickly realised we could trust our mother would immediately get the care she needed.
Management and staff are friendly, very caring and efficient and nothing was ever too much trouble. Communication was excellent in all areas of care and especially if there was any change of medication.
Resident's enrichment is very important at Rosslyn and residents are kept occupied with a wonderful selection of activities for all levels.
Family events, garden parties, live music, coffee and cake get-togethers, cultural celebrations are all part of each year. So grateful.
Thank you so much for your feedback. It was a pleasure to look after Mum. I would pass this to the team. Thank you very much for the card as well. Good luck.
Singers came in to entertain and there was always a party or activites.
Can't speak highly enough of Rosslyn Court.
Thank you so much. It was a pleasure looking after Mum and meeting your lovely family. This would be passed to the team.
The residents are well looked after and treated with dignity.
The home is always clean and never smells.
I receive regular updates about my mum if the staff have any health concerns and if I phone to find out how mum is the staff always find the time to talk to me.
It reassures me knowing that if I can't visit Mum as much as I would like to Mum is surrounded by lovely, caring people who Mum calls her friends.
Thank you so much for a lovely feedback. This will be passed to the team. It is pleasure looking after your mum. Kind regards.
From my point of view, the staff have put my mind at rest knowing she is well looked after and they call me every time there is an 'incident' - which is great.
Kind regards.
The previous and current managers are very approachable and also have a good relationship with her.
Our elderly father sadly passed away in January this year and although he missed her very much, he had nothing but praise and gratitude for all the staff at the home. She is now at the end stage of this awful disease and does not recognise us when we visit, yet we can see how she responds to the staff who care for her every day. She is always clean and comfortable and we receive regular updates about any health problems she may have.
Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback. This will be passed to the team. Kind regards.
Never had any problems, if there is something I think is not right I just speak to the manager or the staff and it’s sorted.
The staff are so caring to all the residents and treat all the residents with dignity, I have seen this myself.
It’s always clean and never smells in the residents' rooms and the home.
Thank you so much for such nice feedback. It will be passed to our team.
Over the past two years, the staff and management have provided excellent care for my father. They have not only looked after him they have become his friends. They entertain him and care for his needs. We have been so lucky to find such a lovely home for him to reside in.
Thank you, Mark, for your feedback. This would be passed to the team. It has been a pleasure looking after your dad.
Thank you, doesn't even touch the sides! You are all family to us.
Kind Regards.
