Throughout her time being cared for at the home, my aunt was very well cared for. Her needs were met in every respect, in a very professional and caring manner. She loved the home which she went into in 2018 until her passing.
Kind regards.
Overall staff are very good and the home is very clean, food is good I appreciate everything you all have done thanks very much you really do make a difference to all the residents and try your hardest to make their stay as best as you can.
Rosslyn coped very well with a short-notice placement in a hurry. Professional and friendly.
Thank you for your review. Your feedback will be passed on to our lovely team.
My father was placed in Rosslyn Residential Care by NHS on discharge from hospital, I was very upset having to put him in care and was worried as to what the home was like as it was not local. When we first went to see my father at the care home, he was very unsettled. He has been in the care home a while now and has really settled in. I now know I did not have to worry, all the staff are really friendly and professional. Communication between myself and the managers is wonderful they always let me know how my father is getting on and have sorted the transfer of all my father's GP and hospital appointments out. Now seeing dad settled in I feel so blessed he is in such a caring environment and has wonderful staff looking after him. I would like to thank the management, nursing staff, cooks, cleaners and odd job man for making Rosslyn care home such a welcoming happy place for residents and visitors. Thank you all so much.
Thank you very much for your feedback from team of Rosslyn Court. Our aim is to excel in care and whole experience of both service user and family. Your support is much appreciated.
I was very happy with the care the home provided. Although it took my dad a while to settle in the staff were very patient, and kind and spent time finding out what he liked doing. The communication was excellent and any changes or information was always passed on to me. I could also speak to him at any time of the day. They involved him in various activities and outings and we were invited to family days and lunches out. It was a great comfort knowing he was being well cared for and all the staff are so friendly and kind. The management are very hands-on and takes time to know each resident. A very good team of people.
Thank you for your kind words and lovely feedback.
Mum was placed in Rosslyn Court by the NHS on discharge from hospital, as a family, we were worried as we had no access to mum or the home because of Covid restrictions. Our worries were immediately dispelled by the home's feedback and information on mum’s progress settling in. When we were allowed to visit mum was happy and could not stop talking about how nice the food was and they always made her a special lunch. We still have not been allowed into her room or the main building and so have no first-hand experience of the room and activities but mum comments on how nice her room is. Since being there mum’s health and well-being have improved which reflects on what the management and staff provide. The garden room where we can meet mum during restrictions is very welcoming as is the garden, which I know mum enjoys. The staff are always jolly with mum and any visitors which I think reflects on the good management and my own experience with the manager and deputy is always a positive one.
Kind Regards
The quality of care dad is receiving is of the highest level. Communication between the home and my family is excellent. All staff are helpful, kind and caring whilst also displaying the highest level of professionalism during these most challenging of times. The last 18 months have been a very traumatic time for dad, with the sad death of mum, followed by his severe stroke and the sudden onset of his dementia, and all the associated issues. Though the NHS gave us no choice as to where dad was discharged, I am sure it would not be possible to find any alternative able to better the quality of care and service provided by Rosslyn Residential Care. After months of struggling with an over-staffed, poorly managed NHS system, it is a blessed relief to deal with the team at Rosslyn Residential. They always seem to go the extra mile, whether that be facilitating remote or on-site visits, or insuring that Dad always has what he needs. Very well done.
Thank you very much for your kind words for our team. It always helps to boost their morale and give them confidence in what they do.
Kind Regards
I am very happy with the care my mum received at the care home. She says she is very happy and is treated very well. The staff are very kind and caring and treat her with respect.
Thank you very much for your kind words and feedback. It is pleasure to see you and looking after mum.
Kind Regard
Mum is very happy living in the care home. She's happy with the care she receives, with the staff, the food, her room - she's happy with everything in the care home. The staff look after her and I'm happy with everything they do for Mum.
Thank you Lina for your feedback and kind words for staff.
My mother has dementia, and lots of other illnesses, which the care team are aware of and do everything possible to care for her needs.
3 weeks ago, the carers found her, not being her usual self and very disoriented, so they called the ambulance straight away. Lucky they did, as my mum had Pneumonia, and had to have a life-saving blood transfusion.
While at hospital, my mother, also tested Covid- Positive, for the second time, and was in an isolation ward, until she rested negative.
Luckily, she got better and came back to Rosslyn Residential, this week.
Bless my mum, she couldn’t remember anything that happened or anyone.
Thanks to everyone at Rosslyn Residential, she is back to her pleasantly confused self and is now happy and contented.
Thank You all at Rosslyn Residential Care Home.
Thank you for your feedback and it will be passed on to our team. It was good to see you today and we had fun celebrating Mum's birthday.
Kind Regards
Kiran
Our dad has been a resident at Rosslyn Residential Care since leaving hospital last October, following a stroke. The care and communication between the home and our family has been fantastic especially whilst we are going through this pandemic. Dad seems settled and well looked after. I would definitely recommend Rossyln Residential Care.
Thank you for your kind words. This will be passed on to all of our staff. Thanks again.
Catered well for my mother-in-law. Regarding food - special Asian food, was able to communicate in her language. Made her at home. Good support from the whole team.
Thank you Emma for your kind feedback. It was a pleasure to have your mother-in-law with us.
This is a smaller care home in a converted house, so it's homely and welcoming for residents. My dad has been resident here for almost a year and is now settled and calm with good support and encouragement from the staff. Management always take time to update me fully when I call. A recent hospital visit was handled well with concern and sensitivity for his wellbeing.
Thank you for your feedback. Our aim is to provide the best care to all our service users to suit their needs.

My mother came from hospital directly into her first care home and all of the staff have been very kind and accommodating. I am very pleased with the way my mother is being treated and I know she is in good hands, which takes away a lot of worry and concern.
Thank you Andrew for your honest feedback. It is a pleasure to have your mum with us.
My very fussy mother is extremely happy at Rosslyn Court so that says a lot. The care she is receiving gives me and my brother peace of mind. The staff are absolutely wonderful and I know she is being treated very caringly with understanding and dignity. I researched many Care Homes and this one has the best reviews and best ongoing CQC rating that I have found. I could not find one negative comment about this Care Home and quite rightly so from my experience so far. Due to the current restrictions and the fact that we cannot enter the home, I cannot comment on some of the options shown below but my mother enjoys the food and is very grateful for the wonderful care she is receiving. My brother and I are extremely grateful to the staff and can highly recommend this Care Home.
Thank you for your feedback and it is a pleasure to have your mum at Rosslyn court.
I strongly recommend this care home.
When she arrived at the home from hospital, the staff were waiting to get her out of the car into a wheelchair and they helped settle her in immediately.
We were offered tea and biscuits in the dining area to relax and help mum get to know the other residents.
It’s been just over three weeks now and mum is settled into a routine and enjoying it.
She recently had a cold and as we live three hours away, we wouldn’t have known about this but it was great that management noticed this, the doctor was called and she was put on antibiotics and given a nasal spray.
Management emailed me and kept me informed all the way on her progress and how she is doing and the course of action taken.
It was a great comfort to know that even though they must be really busy they still made time to keep us updated.
It’s reassuring and gives us peace of mind that she is being well taken care of in a good caring home with good caring staff.
The residents' food is cooked from fresh and the small but quaint home is very welcoming, which is exactly what we were looking for our mum. We didn't want something massive where she will just be a number. We would recommend Rosslyn Court 100 per cent.
They played cards and bingo several days which those that took part enjoyed, most people enjoyed chatting and were happy to be at the home. My brother said he was well looked after, I could see that and he was happy. I was visiting my daughter at the time I visited my brother and I was pleased to spend as much time as possible with him. I am now back at home and I am so happy to know he is well looked after.
Thank you very much for your feeback. We will aim to provide you all information around kind of activities we do and I would like to invite you all to take part in it.
Staff are always welcoming and I can approach them for an update on her care. Staff interact with my Mother in Law and the other residents and treat them with respect and dignity. This care home provides a clean and safe and secure environment for residents.
Hello Anne, thank you very much for your feedback. Regards.
Very good care home.
