I find the home to be clean and caring, well fed. I find the staff to be helpful and friendly and enjoy my visits to see my husband. Only brief visits so I do not see activities take place.

Whenever I visit nan she is sometimes crying, but mainly happy when I do visit. She has got a sense of humour and is usually laughing and remembering old times. I feel she is well looked after.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Residents are well looked after and given activities to do. They all seem well fed, although they rarely remember the details. You can tell that the residents need stimulations which I understand is difficult as they all need different.

The home is clean, bright and most importantly does not smell as so many other homes do. The staff are clean and tidy and always in uniform. They are all very friendly and caring. No complaints at all.
