I have rated facilities GOOD how ever building and communal areas can benefit of a face lift. also garden can be more welcoming for residence to sit outside when the weather is good.
Every where is clean all the time however it would be better if it is safe around residence to use fabric softener in the water when floors being mopped so area smells nice.

I am please to confirmed that the work in the garden has commence to create a more comfortable experience for our residents and as the home has recently recruited a new maintenance worker plans has already put in place to refresh the lounge area so that the residents will be able to enjoy more their time together. The only criticism we would have is the obvious lack of investment into the building and business. Whilst not unserviceable, some areas of the home looked tired and there are areas (some outside) that would benefit from an overhaul. Additionally, it seems that the staff are the key to the success of this business but this is not adequately recognised. Owners - do better!
