Mum was only at Chestfield House for a few months but in that time she received the care, compassion and dignity we hoped for. All the staff, from the managers down, treated our whole family with genuine kindness and respect at what was a very difficult time. We can never thank them enough and would

My mum has been a resident at the care home for a few years and continues to receive the highest level of care. All the staff are friendly and caring and she loves the food. Her favourite activity is when the pet therapy dogs come to visit. She also likes getting her hair and nails done on a Wednesday.
I'm so grateful for the care she receives and can't thank them enough.

My mother moved into Dale Lodge a year ago and she is a changed person, extremely settled, comfortable and very happy. The staff are lovely, caring, always laying on activities to keep the residents entertained. I visit Mum frequently and find the Lodge a very relaxing place. Thank you

just want to say how truly grateful I am for the care and support my mum receives at Dale Lodge. It's a care home, but it feels so much more like a warm, welcoming community. I couldn't be happier with the care given by the staff - every single one of them goes above and beyond to make sure she is comfortable,
happy, and well looked after.


Knowing that she is in such safe and caring hands gives me real peace of mind. The staff are not only professional but also incredibly kind and compassionate. Thank you to everyone at Dale Lodge for the amazing work you do - it means the world to our family.

The care home had a wonderful afternoon tea out in the garden. Pimms, scones, cakes etc, much prepared by the residents. Also, a man playing the saxophone. Later in the month, there was the summer lunch which had games, a singer and many of the residents dancing.

Michael is well looked after by all members of staff and I never have to worry about his care and safety while he is at Alexander House. He is treated and loved by everyone which is difficult sometimes, because he is stubborn and won't take his medication but everyone is very patient with him.

My mum has been in the home for 3 weeks and appears to have settled well now. All our questions and concerns were answered during the transition stage. Mum appears clean and well dressed in her own clothes which is also important to me. All staff are approachable and happy to listen to me however minor
