The staff are always friendly and welcoming. I have never been kept waiting to be admitted to the care home. During a difficult time for the family the staff have been compassionate and understanding.

The residents are well cared for, respected and attended to promptly. The environment is clean and tidy with different areas for the residents and visitors to gather. There are regular activities, and outings for those who are able. There always seems to be plenty of staff on duty and they appear to be happy and work well together.

The staff here are extremely caring towards all the residents, a very well-run care home, every time I visit my Dad I am told how he's doing and how much they love having him there.
There are always a variety of activities arranged and excursions out. I did not think my dad would settle as quickly as he has, but he seems to be very happy here and always tells me how well he's looked after.

All the staff are friendly and do an amazing job.

A very well-run care home staffed by dedicated, kind and highly professional who put the wellbeing of residents to the forefront.

My father has been at Lindau for only a few weeks but has adapted well thanks to the kindness and care he has found here.

We needed a respite placement urgently and staff come out the same day to assess my wife. She was accepted and settled in the following day. Unfortunately for us, the respite care has now turned into full-time placement. We have found that the staff at all levels to be very friendly and helpful. The staff all look to be happy to work there and greet me by name when I visit and let me know how my wife is getting on. The care that my wife is receiving is excellent. The manager and her staff are really on the ball and very caring, which gives me great peace of mind.

I had been recommended Lindau as one of my mum's friends was a resident. Once she had settled in, Mum began to feel part of a community again - she really enjoys the activities and trips out. The staff are committed to providing a caring and safe environment.

As soon as you walk in you are greeted by lovely friendly staff also many residents!
There's such a warm atmosphere, very homely.
My friend has been in a few homes over the last few years but this is by far the best!
The activities are great, I ended up doing a watercolour with my friend that was being taught by a talented artist that comes in and paints with them.

Their paintings are then put on the wall!

My mum has been here for just over a year and has settled in brilliantly, the home has a great atmosphere and the staff have gone out of their way to help my mum feel at home and also help my mum with her needs as she has a rare form of dementia which affects her vision.

The friendly staff immediately brought my friend to me and asked if I'd like a cup of tea. The singles tennis match was being watched and a program of all Wimbledon fixtures was available. Nursery school children had been arranging flowers with the residents and they were now enjoying a packed lunch outside in the sun. My friend and I then went and sat in the beautifully tended garden and it was noticeable how happy and smart the residents were. Most impressed.

The registered manager, operations manager and all the staff at Lindau Care Home are amazing. My uncle has been in there for 5 weeks and I couldn't fault this place and all the staff in any way. They are friendly, kind and very caring and the home is so clean and tidy. It was a very hard decision when we were looking at care homes but as soon as we walked in Lindau we knew straight away that this was the right one and my uncle is so happy and content here and we don't have to worry as he is being so well looked after and cared for. I would highly recommend Lindau to anyone who is looking for a family member as you will be just as happy and pleased as we are. So thank you so much for looking after our family member, you are all amazing.

My mother moved into Lindau in December 2023 as a series of falls and other healthcare issues made it impossible for her to stay in her own home. I have been consistently impressed by the quality of care and support that she receives from every member of staff and am so relieved we found such a wonderful home to take care of her needs.
