The staff at this care home are a godsend. They truly care about the residents and my Nan has made so much progress here. This care home has made our family feel so much more content knowing that my Nan is finally being looked after in the way she needed.

Kelly Parker

Job Title: Care Home Manager Joined: 2024

Kelly began her career as a carer & has worked hard to progress her knowledge and experience over 20+ years.


She wholeheartedly believed this was her path because she has always been a people person and was determined to give back to the community.


She has an abundance of knowledge in a variety of care environments, including Learning Disabilities, Mental Health as well as Dementia.


Managing Care Homes for over 8 years, her determination as a Registered Manager has resulted in exceptional outcomes, i.e. achieving levels of ‘Outstanding’ with CQC.


Kelly is very excited to be joining the Belmont Healthcare team and is very much looking forward to delivering the best person-centred care for every individual at Madeira Lodge.


Kelly says “Being a Registered Care Home allows me to make a positive impact on a daily basis, which is something that drives and fulfils me greatly. It’s amazing to know that I can make a difference in creating a warm and nurturing environment where everyone feels valued, respected, safe and cared for.
