I am very sorry you had some concerns, and I hope the contact made with you by the manager was helpful. I understand you have had a chat, and the manager is looking at ways to ensure the doorbell is heard in more areas for a quicker response during periods when the admin office is closed. I believe the manager also shared our redecoration programme with you, which has been underway for several months with a conclusion expected at the end of September, which will certainly brighten the walls you mentioned. I hope that the personal information shared will have reassured you in respect of access to the shower and the freedom for residents to wander has been explained with measures we take to protect the privacy of residents whilst also encouraging activity, recreation and socialising.
Once again, I am sorry these points caused you concern, and I am happy to discuss further if you feel this is necessary.
Wishing you all the best and assurance that we will continue to care for your mum to the highest standards.
Thank you so much for taking the time to give your important feedback.
