Overall Experience

My mum has lived at Victory for just over a year now, when she moved in mum was very difficult, all the staff at the home seemed to know just how mum was feeling and what to do to make her feel at home, now mum is happy. Activities are very good. They have home made cakes every day. Mums dignity is always very good and all of the staff are really caring and very helpful at all times.

Overall Experience

My mother has spent nearly 18 months in Nelson Court Chatham before her recent death. The family found the home very good. We visited between us 5 or 6 times a week and were always impressed by her care. The staff were very kind and attentive and nothing was too much trouble for the management. I would recommend it to anybody. In fact as I am 71 myself I have booked a room there when I need it!
