We were both extremely pleased by the way we were treated and the solicitous of management and staff. Staff at Fairfield treat residents as individuals. I have observed kindness, respect and inclusivity. Staff are approachable to residents and family, listen well and act on anything brought up. Rooms are bright and fresh. Residents are encouraged to individualise their rooms to make them homely. My mother has gained confidence and a sense of belonging and enjoys a variety of activities while keeping her independence.

I am very pleased that my friend has found somewhere so lovely. The residents all seem to be happy and engaged in the many and varied activities. The staff are extremely attentive and the atmosphere is positive, friendly and relaxed.
