Marston Court

I feel my dad is in a very caring place. It always seems so relaxed and clean. Dad seems to have settled in well. The staff are very friendly and professional.

Marston Court is a fantastic place and the staff are amazing. My dad moved in in September 2021 and has done incredibly well. He has put on weight, as he loves the food so much, and joins in with all of the activities. The care he receives is outstanding and he is treated as part of the Marston Court family. He is in the best place possible and I can't thank the staff enough for everything that they do for him.

I cannot recommend Marston Court highly enough! My dad has been a resident there since September 2021 and the care he gets is absolutely outstanding. The staff go above and beyond and are all so caring, compassionate and treat Dad as if he were one of their own family members. He enjoys the activities so much, something he would never have done previously! The food is amazing and I know Dad thoroughly enjoys it. It was a very difficult decision to place Dad into care but I know he is so well looked after, safe and is in the best place for all his needs. Thank you Marston Court, we will forever be grateful to you for all you do for him.

I am extremely happy with the care my father receives. The carers always seem to be happy, helpful and full of energy. They take good care fo my father in a thoughtful and caring manner which makes me very pleased.

My dad has settled in well from being very independent to being in a care home. He seems to get on very well with the staff which shows how quickly he has settled in. The team are great. They cannot do enough for you and nothing is too much trouble we are really pleased that we were able to get in here after it was recommended to us.

We're very happy with the care Mum is getting at Marston Court and she is remarkably better there than she was at home; much more cheerful and focused. The staff are wonderful and very responsive to her needs and her general state of health is vastly improved. Couldn't recommend it highly enough!

Since Mum has been a resident she has seemed to be more inspired and also more sprightly. The staff are always great, helpful and bubbly. Overall, she is much happier than when she had care at home.

The cost is a little high, but it is Oxford!

The staff put me and my mother at ease when we first visited. The care staff were amazing so upbeat doing extra tasks to make Mum feel good, above and beyond their job descriptions. The office staff gave advice as I was upset seeing Mum in a home at first, but it's the best thing that could have happened - she's much happier now, so many activties. The newsletter over the 11 challenges for Poppy Day really helped my family feel good about her welfare. It was sent to relatives around the world. You're tops Marston Court - thank you!

My mum attended the day centre while she was living with me, my health suddenly went down and I couldn't then cope with all her needs. She got a place in Marston Court now for 2 years. I can't thank the staff enough for what they do. The food is amazing. Mum always looks so clean and healthy. She's always happy. The relief I have knowing that she is being looked after so well. I'm living along the road, so I am able to see her.

My dad went to Marston Court for respite, and due to complications, ended up staying for over a year in their care. I felt very relaxed knowing my dad was at Marston Court and being extremely well cared for. I never had to worry about his care and well being; they are amazing. Dad is leaving them shortly to move in with mum into a flat, but I really do not know what I would have done without their help and support over this period of time.

The decision to place Mum in a care home was extremely difficult to make, but Marston Court has surpassed all expectations and she couldn’t be in a better place. The staff are caring and thoughtful, with a real focus on the true character behind the sometimes frail and sometimes confused person that Mum has become. I can see she is safe, content and stimulated by the amazing programme of activities that happen each week. She looks good - great hairdresser - and talks very positively about how happy and loved she is, particularly by the wonderful member of staff who has facilitated our Skype meetings during COVID-19. Thank you to all the wonderful staff, I am so grateful for your care.

Friendly atmosphere - clean and smelling fresh.

My nanny has been attending the day centre for a year or more and thoroughly enjoys the excellent activities. She has now got a confirmed permanent placement and the family is very pleased. Nanny seems very happy and her room is lovely. The rooms and communal area are always spotlessly clean. Staff are really welcoming and so lovely with the residents. I would recommend Marston Court without a doubt.

All the members of staff are so caring and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble. I am so relieved my sister is there, she could not be in a better place.

Very happy to see so many people at the home being well cared for and happy.
