It's surrounded by a large beautiful garden, with a plethora of colourful flowers, where many like to enjoy the shade of the mature trees or play a game of chess on the large outdoor chessboard. Inside, there is a themed cafe, which is the perfect spot to invite your family and friends for a coffee and a slice of homemade cake.
There are strong links with the local community who often visit to join in one of their special events.

Dad had a week's respite. He found the staff and care team friendly and nothing was too much trouble. He enjoyed a couple of baths and one of the care team even played Irish music. Dad had a week's respite. He found the staff and care team friendly and nothing was too much trouble. He enjoyed a couple of baths and one of the care team even played Irish music. Dad enjoyed the food, porridge for breakfast, kitchen staff friendly and chatty. Dad didn't partake in any activities during his weeks stay. Overall dad enjoyed his week, bit of culture shock as he's very independent and currently lives on his own and cares for himself. His bedroom and ensuite suited him well.

Mum has only been here for a few weeks but she has settled in really quickly. She seems happy and well looked after. Good range of activities, along with hairdresser and podiatrist. Lovely conservatory if there are a lot of visitors. The staff are lovely.

Mum has been here since Nov 22, and fortunately, we will be moving her soon, we have had a catalogue of bad experiences here. Now on 3rd manager in a year which has not helped, and only recently staff levels have improved, there are many times when staff could not be found and residents would seek...

I find that the staff are very good in their care of residents. In trying times, ie Covid, they do an excellent job with the pressures they have had to deal with on a daily basis and I cannot thank them enough.
