Eastlake is currently at the end of a robust recruitment drive, so the use of agency staff is greatly reduced. We have also recruited a new chef manager. We offer alternative choices, so if there is nothing on the menu suitable for any residents they can choose something else. I am always open to discuss this with you at a mutually convenient time.
I subsequently found out that the Activities Coordinator Role doesn't exist which is very disappointing. The carers have enough to do and please recruit a new one as this makes a monument different to the clients.
