Very helpful. Rooms excellent. The carers are very helpful and kind. I am here after a broken hip and could not have better care or attention. I came here for respite but may stay as I am nearly 90 and won't think I will find a better place.

My mother at 97 years old has blossomed since arriving at Elizabeth Court. The staff are very caring and supportive of all her needs. I do not worry about her at all. I visit regularly and she is always happy. When I take her back if we have been out she always says 'home sweet home' when I take her to her room. This means the world to us as a family.

I want to thank all the staff at Elizabeth Court for the sensitive and loving care given to my mum throughout her almost three-year stay, especially in her final weeks. Everyone rallied around to try to make her as comfortable as possible and to support me and the wider family. Communication was well managed across the various agencies, and when I was seeking more help, staff were understanding of where I was coming from and were prepared to go out of their way to assist. I don't know how they do it.

Mum has taken a while to settle, but all staff have gone out of their way to help her. The home is so comfortable, the food is excellent, and the activities enjoyable and appropriate. But the biggest asset in the home is the staff. They are united as a team, always cheerful, always doing a little bit extra, with a smile!

A very friendly, welcoming environment for both residents and visitors. Everywhere is always spotlessly clean. My mother looks so well cared for and is very happy here. She tells me the food is very good, as do the other residents. It is very reassuring to know Mum is safe and settled.

After an extensive tour of local homes, Elizabeth Court stood out. Since my parents moved in, the home has not disappointed. The staff are amazing! Always bright, cheerful, attentive and the kindness is overwhelming. The recent Halloween party portrayed how interactive and inclusive activities are. The home is truly a 'care home' where care is paramount. A cheerful, bright and inspiring home - thank you.

Mum lived very happily at Elizabeth Court from December 2018 until her death at the age of 102 in August 2022. The love and care Mum received from the staff was second to none, particularly in the last few months of her life when she was mostly confined to bed and receiving end-of-life care. My sister and I always had complete peace of mind that Mum was well looked after and safe and that, should there be a problem, my sister, as mum's nearest next of kin would be informed immediately.

My mum's recent respite experience was excellent. She enjoyed her stay immensely. The staff at Elizabeth Court are so friendly and warm. The atmosphere is very homely and comforting. After looking at several care homes Elizabeth Court was definitely the right choice for our mum. When we have to go to full-time care we will definitely request Elizabeth Court. We can't thank the team enough for how they cared for Mum.

Our Mum moved into Elizabeth Court nearly 8 years ago as she was not safe at home and would wander from her house night and day, had many falls and following the passing of our Dad was confused and distressed. Mum needed around-the-clock care. The care has always been exceptional, the staff, many of who have been there since Mum moved in, are kind and caring. They chat to Mum and although she is no longer able to communicate, Mum smiles a lot. The food has always been well presented and a cake is always made especially on birthdays. The chef and her staff make a special effort to ensure the food is of a high standard. I would highly recommend Elizabeth Court to others.

Mum has been a resident at Elizabeth Court since before the pandemic. The staff know her well and have adapted over that time to her changing and increasing needs. I have been able to rest assured that she is in safe and caring hands. I have found the staff to be friendly, polite, kind and warmly professional and am sure mum is in the best place.

A welcoming reception area - clean, tidy, roomy, light. A member of staff had difficulty in locating one of my friends but a big plus is the number of staff present. A chair was offered and brought to each of the 2 rooms I visited which was a welcoming gesture. I witnessed kindness and courtesy to the residents too. The rooms were small. I received comments that there are few activities present but I did see a resident enjoying a table activity.

Elizabeth Court is better than home from home! My mum is treated with the greatest love, care, and respect anyone could wish for. Throughout these unprecedented times of the pandemic, everyone has worked above and beyond to ensure both the safety and contact with my mum continued. My wife became a resident on 6th July 2021. This was after I had been her carer at home for years (24/7). We had been determined not to 'put' her into care but the situation worsened and we were advised that she (and we) would be better off if she was in full-time professional care. We knew about Elizabeth Court from friends who had relatives there, so we visited and arranged for her to stay there. The entry arrangements were dealt with very efficiently and we were so pleased with the lovely en-suite room. She has settled in very well and we can not praise all the staff too highly, as evidence all the excellent ratings.

My mother moved into Elizabeth Court in June and as a family, it was a very difficult decision to 'hand over' responsibility of mum as her dementia worsened and my dad was struggling to cope. But we needn't have worried as right from the start the staff have been wonderful and included us in decisions about mum. All the staff treat mum so kindly and with great respect.
