Linden House

Having had experience of large Care Home Groups, I would definitely recommend Linden House to be a first choice if you want proper care for your loved one ! I am thrilled we managed to secure a place for my Wife at this exceptional Home.

My client has been resident here for almost a year and I am so pleased I chose this home for my client who is timid in nature as I initially had concerns regarding placing her in the right home. But there was no need to worry at all. Linden House have been so attentive to my client's needs and preferences, I do not believe I could have found a better place for her. They cater for my client's wishes and hobbies, and have gone above and beyond to ensure her everyday comfort. I visit often and the home is always inviting and friendly whilst also being safe and secure. My client's room is constantly clean and tidy and looks out into the well kept garden. Sach and Reshma always keep me updated with her health and care needs and the most impressive element is how well they care for my client, which is a direct result of their in-depth knowledge of elderly care. I would not hesitate to recommend this home to anyone looking for a home from home for their loved one.

A fantastic home where all the staff are extremely caring. Couldn't ask for better care for my mum. Everyone is so welcoming when I visit. Nothing is too much trouble . Would highly recommend this home

Staff are very organized and look after residents very well. The home is bright and clean and there's regular stimulating activities. Good meals are provided, and snacks which are home cooked in their kitchens to a high standard. Personal care is good and anything medical is well organised.

My wife entered Linden House in February 2026 with a just healed broken hip and an advanced level of dementia, the attitude and actions of management and staff were highly competent and welcoming and have remained at a very high standard throughout this year and deserve the highest praise . My impression is that staff expertise and training is to a very high standard and delivered in a very professional but friendly manner. The activity programme is extensive and enthusiastic and the food and drink arrangements are excellent at and between meals. The whole home has recently been refurbished to a very high standard. I have total confidence in the care home and its staff.

Making the decision for a parent to move into care is incredibly difficult, but I feel extremely lucky that we found Linden House and very grateful for everything they do for my mum.

Overall, Linden House is a caring and welcoming home with excellent management and a lovely atmosphere. We would be very happy to recommend it to anyone looking for a place where their loved one will be well cared for.

My uncle is a resident at this care home, every detail of this care Home seems to be carefully thought out from the activities to the music played during dinner times and lunchtime. I love all the small details that they do here to make every day feel special. I love the menus that they provide to the day trips out for resident and relatives. It's so lovely to see so much care being put into not only my Uncle and the other residents but also the families of each resident which clearly mean a lot to management and staff as they are always warm and welcoming. If there's ever an issue the team seemed to do everything in their power and more to make sure things are rectified and all remains smooth. My uncle used to get really anxious if he had an appointment to the doctor or the Barber and now he gets his hair done regularly without any fuss, it's great to see how relaxed he is in the care home environment

I cannot praise Sach enough for his help & tenacity in providing a place for my mother at Linden House. All the care staff have been most helpful in making my mum's move to the home very welcoming & most of all listening to my mum's requests providing her with dignity & respect at all times.

Linden House has recently been redecorated and it looks very smart. The staff are extremely caring. Overall a very happy and positive home for my brother.

My mum has been a resident at Linden House for over three years and on my frequent visits I can see that it truly feels like home to her. The staff are wonderful and there is always such a friendly and happy atmosphere throughout the House whenever I visit. Mum has made some nice friends and really enjoys joining in with the various activities when she is able. She is Happy and her dementia has not progressed and I feel reassured knowing she is in an environment where the staff genuinely understand her needs and know how to communicate with her in such a caring, experienced and professional way.

Help and advice is always available.

Linden house staff are always very supportive and attentive. The team ensures My nan gets involved in the activities which is so nice to see and management have gone above and beyond to make sure her room is exactly how she likes it with her favourite colours and family pictures hung all around. They've made sure it's as comfortable and homelike as possible. When we visit everyone is so nice and always go above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

I want to start by saying how unbelievably lucky we are to have Linden House caring for my grandmother. The staff and owners care about the residents like their own family, which is extremely reassuring and heartwarming to observe.

The facilities keep improving, the place is clean and welcoming, and every member of staff I've met is exceptional.

We're always delighted to see how many activities she gets to take part in and all the highlight pictures that decorate the walls at Linden House. My Nan would barely leave the house before she was ill (despite our best efforts), and now she's been taken to the races on a fantastic day out!

I also want to highlight how attentive the staff and owners are. If she gets a cold or there's any change in habits, the doctor is booked, we're informed and she's thoroughly checked over.

Volunteering at this care home has been a really meaningful experience for me. The residents are treated with respect and there is a strong sense of community throughout the home . I have learned a lot about patience, communication and importance of compassion.

The staff are very kind and they are supportive to the residents. They also help a lot with my volunteering and give me something new to do every week. The place is very lovely and offers activities for the residents to take part in.

From my very first day volunteering here, I have felt so welcomed and appreciated. The staff are so sweet and supportive, and they are always open to helping us with anything we need. Seeing how they interact with the residents is so heartwarming, and every resident I've spoken to here has expressed how happy they are here and how kindly the staff treat them.

The managers are so lovely and the staff they truly treat you like family from the moment you walk in it's such a happy place and couldn't be any happier with my auntie being there she's always hot a smile on her face and the domestic cleaners keep the home clean and tidy
