I want to thank Linden House for all the care they provided for my father in law. Linden House is a warm, welcoming care home that truly stands out for its exceptional staff. The staff are attentive, patient, and always willing to go the extra mile. Their kindness creates a real sense of comfort and
security for both residents and families.
Linden House has excellent activities programme. There is always something going on-craft sessions, gentle exercise groups, music afternoons, themed events, and even trips out.
The home itself is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. Overall, Linden House provides not just care, but genuine community and companionship. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a supportive, caring, vibrant place for their loved one!

My relative moved into Linden House earlier this year, and any nerves we had disappeared quickly thanks to Reshma and Shaun.
The difference is clear the moment you walk in: residents look happy and genuinely cared for. The bedrooms are fantastic, the updated exterior looks great, and the whole place
feels like a real home.

This has been by far the most caring, clean and respectful care home I have come across for my parents. Their staff are amazing, their level kindness and thoughful you feel they are in the care of family.
The facilities and activities are amazing and well thought through.The management are so well
organised and friendly. It is always kept extremely clean and has always felt safe. If you are worried where to leave your parents and want them to feel like home, then you must come here. It will give you such peace of mind!

I visited the grandmother of a friend of mine at Linden House , the new team of Shaun , Reshma and Sachin have shown great improvement already in the new look of the home inside and out .The new team have a tract record of running care homes for twenty five years , two senior members of his family who
are giving them their support are qualified registered nurses from UK . The new team will only improve the daily care of these residents , there a warm , homely and caring atmosphere already . I am delighted to know now that my friends mother will be in a safe , secure and caring home.

My husband is a resident at Linden House, and his transition to the care facility has been smooth and well thought out by the managers and team. From the very first day, the staff showed not only professionalism but a genuine interest in tailoring to his needs. They treat him with dignity and patience
which gives me a lot of reassurance.
The environment is calm, clean, and recent improvements to the home have made it more comfortable for residents and families. I'm The team makes sure he's well-fed, and engaged, and they always take the time to update me on how he's doing especially on days when he needs a little extra reassurance.
What I appreciate most is that Linden House feels less like a facility and more like a comfortable, inviting and homely place.

I can't put into words how grateful our family is for the incredible care my grandmother received at Linden House. From the very first day, she was welcomed and treated with such love, dignity, and respect. It truly felt like home.
One of the things that really stood out was the wonderful physiotherapy
support she received. They made every session feel encouraging and personal, and she actually looked forward to them! Another highlight was the live singing and music sessions the home regularly organised. My grandmother absolutely loved those afternoons, her face would light up as everyone sang along to old favourites.
Every member of staff went above and beyond - not just to care for her needs, but to lift her spirits and make her feel special. We always felt reassured knowing she was surrounded by people who genuinely cared. Thank you, Linden House and thank you to Analiza and Anabela.

I chose Linden House because of their person-centred approach. The fees are also extremely reasonable when compared to other nearby homes. I am very happy with Linden House especially now its under new management and ownership. I have been visiting my mum for the past year. The new management have had

Hi ,I visited a relative of a friend here at Linden house this afternoon when the clients were in the middle of lunch . I was impressed by what they were being served , a very healthy meal with chicken , mash potatoes and mixed vegetables, plus apple crumble and hot custard . The staff were assisting
some residents with their meals . The staff seems to be very gentle and caring . The home was nice and warm , a very pleasant atmosphere very homely . I would highly recommend this home to anyone suffering from Dementia, which is requires compassion, kindness, respect and security.

The team were extremely professional and attentive to my late mother's needs right up to her final days.
I can't thank them enough for ensuring her final weeks were made comfortable and any special
adjustments were made without hesitation.
At first I was very nervous to receive assistance, however
I can now say the assistance received was way beyond my expectations and it eased the burden for both me and my family in what was a very difficult time.

My uncle moved in Linden House not long ago. As you can appreciate, this is a sensitive time for the whole family, the staff at the care were incredible - they made us feel so assured.
Speaking to Levi and Sach initially made us feel like the care home would be the right place us for to settle in

Since the arrival of the new manager, Reshma, the home has felt even more welcoming and well-organised. I joined Linden House in 2016 as a care assistant, and for the past nine years I’ve had the privilege of working alongside an exceptional team. Though Linden House is a small home, it is one where consistency, compassion, and exceptional quality of care truly matter. We are committed to a gold-standard framework that ensures every resident feels safe, supported, and genuinely loved.


Having worked in every role throughout my time here, I now step into management with a deep, firsthand understanding of what it truly takes to serve our residents well. This experience allows me to lead with insight, empathy, and a clear vision of how to uphold the highest standards of care.


Alongside my work at Linden House, I am also currently pursuing my nursing qualification, further strengthening my ability to provide the very best for those who call our home theirs.
