Linden House

The staff are wonderful, thoughtful and kind. Nothing is too much trouble. The Manager is always buzzing around keeping her eye on things (so reassuring) as is her lovely deputy. So good to see care managers with a very hands-on and happy professional approach.

This is a great care home, very friendly caring staff, and from what I saw the residents love it there. It's clean and kept homely for the residents and the standards are excellent. Highly recommended.

I visited last week to see my auntie who moved in recently. I have to say I was treated with absolute courtesy by the staff, they were so welcoming and polite. I was very impressed with the controlled environment and the easy access gloves, aprons and masks out the front and cleanliness. When I saw my auntie I saw the difference in her and how she had improved. She told me she felt at home and the staff treated her with so much kindness compared to seeing her before in multiple wards environments. We also talked about the different activities that have been taking place but she loves that she is able to go out in the garden to fill up the bird feeders, I am just so grateful that someone does this with her as it is a massive area of her life which is a dream come true for her. A massive thank you to Linden House staff for taking the time and patience to learn my aunties ways as it has been a long journey for her, I am happy she is settled in a kind loving home!

They go above and beyond expectations. They are extremely friendly and caring not only to the residents but to family members upon visiting. They put up some personal items in my nan's room to make her feel more comfortable and homely. They provide good meals that the residents enjoy and keep them happy at all times. Overall I am very happy with the service and cannot thank the staff enough.

From the first time we walked into Linden House about 6 years ago, we could feel the kind and caring atmosphere and we are so pleased dad was able to move in and has been so lovingly looked after ever since. The staff are amazing - always happy and chatty and nothing is too much trouble. During lockdown they have enabled us to see dad on video calls, speak to him on the phone and have sent us photos and updates on the activities at the home. We were recently able to visit dad in person following all the necessary safety measures and the staff were so helpful and kind. I wholeheartedly recommend Linden House and in fact, a previous neighbour also lives there now on my recommendation and is very happy too.

My mother has been a resident at Linden House for several years. Linden House really is a very good residential home. The staff are excellent and so understanding. Every time I visit I always come away feeling that my mother is being so well looked after. I certainly very highly recommend Linden House.

All I can say is I am so grateful for the care, attention and support given by the whole team and I would definitely recommend this home to anyone. As my previous profession was in care quality monitoring I can see outstanding quality of care and Linden House is just that. Well done to you all!

I have been a carer for 15 years so I understand exactly what makes a good carer. I have a client in Linden House who I visit once a week. I cannot express just how fabulous all the staff are. I've been visiting for over a year and every time I'm greeted with wonderful positive vibes. My client can be difficult at times but has always been given patient and caring help. I would highly recommend Linden House.

I think that my mother has settled in well. She is much happier now than she was before she moved into the home.

There was no smell either which most care homes have.

The staff at Linden House are very professional and caring and I feel Mother is getting the support and positivity she requires. The management is excellent and I am impressed by the variety of activities available. The two social events I attended were very good. I feel my mother is valued and her needs are dealt with professionally and with kindness.

Linden House is a fantastic care home facility. The staff and management are incredibly patient, kind and compassionate. We have witnessed and experienced nothing but this from them and are very happy with their treatment of my father, who can often be difficult to reason with. The building has also recently undergone an impressive renovation, and the interior is very bright and uplifting.

The building and furniture have also recently been modernised which is a great change.

My aunt is well looked after and is happy. The staff are pleasant and helpful and always make you welcome.

She has really settled into the environment of Linden House and talked about how good the food and entertainment was since she arrived.
