Since Linden house has been run by the new team the whole place has changed for the better. Sach - Shaun and the team have put their heart and soul into ensuring the residents and their needs come first. New members of staff have be bought in and the overall feeling of the home is just happiness. Everyone is so happy, uplifting and caring. At mealtimes the residents are given a choice of food and the standard and quality of the food is really high with a well thought out menu with quality ingredients. There is a lot of compassion and care for all the residents. The staff are all so kind and welcoming and go above and beyond to make the residents and their families welcome. There is activities organised for the residents on a weekly basis and time for the residents to relax and just be. There is a high standard of professionalism , and a high onus is being put on making it a beautiful home. The communal and private spaces are kept clean and tidy at all times to a high level.
Hi Giselle, we really appreciate your kind words and thank you also for all the support and contribution you equally provide to Linden House.
My father has been in Linden House for over a month. We moved Dad from another home due to behavioural issues (the previous home could not cater for his needs) and into Linden. The staff seem to manage my father's issues by being vigilant and stopping anything before it progresses. Dad is calm and seems content where he is. The large space means he is able to walk around freely which he seems to be doing constantly. The bedroom is lovely, clean and calm, a great space to relax in with a lovely view. The food is excellent, fresh and varied.
All staff and management are caring and considerate involving Dad in conversation and their daily tasks.
It would be good if there were more planned activities, a programme would be useful advising what is happening and when. Dementia is a cruel cruel illness and I just hope Dad now feels safe in his new home and cared for.
Thank you for your kind words.
We are actively recruiting for an activities coordinator. Rest assured daily activities are still taking place in their absence.
I will send you the activities plan and ensure you are kept in the loop going forward.
The staff here are amazing, always kind and friendly to the residents and visitors. They do an incredibly difficult job, extremely demanding physically and mentally and they do it all with a smile. The staff make this a proper home for the residents with high standards of care and compassion.
I would not hesitate to recommend Linden House.
She got back from visiting my friend, I haven't seen her more lively and happy, before for a long time. It immediately set my heart and mind at peace, It's a lovely home she has made, it as if she has had a new lease on life, she couldn't stop raving about the food, the friends she has made to the friendly and professional staff and how it's became a warmth and happy, clean and wonderful place it has become after the management change and she felt accommodated in her beautiful and clean room, As for my own experience as I walked in I was made to feel welcome and felt the positive and happy vibe , so how well maintained and clean it was. I even got to met some of my friends resident friends who all said what a happy change it has been in just a last few months and looks. It looks and feels like a peaceful, happy home. All I can say is thank you to everyone at the care home of making my friend so happy and finally helping her make a new beautiful and clean , friendly home for her.
Linden House has excellent activities programme. There is always something going on-craft sessions, gentle exercise groups, music afternoons, themed events, and even trips out.
The home itself is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. Overall, Linden House provides not just care, but genuine community and companionship. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a supportive, caring, vibrant place for their loved one!
The difference is clear the moment you walk in: residents look happy and genuinely cared for. The bedrooms are fantastic, the updated exterior looks great, and the whole place feels like a real home.
Care is truly personalised. Staff know every resident by name, are consistently warm, and create a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere.

The staff at Linden House are truly exceptional. They are patient, attentive, and incredibly compassionate. Every resident is treated with dignity and respect, and it's clear that the team genuinely enjoys what they do. The quality of care here is outstanding. Whether it's daily support, medication management, or simply offering comfort and companionship, the team consistently goes above and beyond.Linden House is a place where residents are truly cared for, not just looked after.
I would like to thank the entire team at Linden House. They have been very supportive, calm and compassionate with the care of my mother. The professionalism was very high from the very first call and it shows in the quality of care the clients are offered . I've felt reassured throughout my mums stay and I appreciate the respect and kindness you bring to your work.
I can't thank them enough for ensuring her final weeks were made comfortable and any special
adjustments were made without hesitation.
At first I was very nervous to receive assistance, however I can now say the assistance received was way beyond my expectations and it eased the burden for both me and my family in what was a very difficult time.
Thanks again to the team at Linden House.
Thank you all for the amazing care and warmth you provide every day.
Thank you for taking the time to share such lovely feedback.
The staff go above and beyond every single day showing patience, compassion, and genuine warmth. I would especially like to mention Reshma, Levi, Barta, AnaBela, Anju, and Alfy, who have all played such an important role in making my father feel comfortable, respected, and truly cared for. Their professionalism and dedication shine through in everything they do by offering emotional support, or simply sharing a friendly smile.
It's clear that everyone here treats residents like family, and that makes all the difference. I can't thank the team enough for the peace of mind they've given us and the happiness they've brought to my father.
Highly recommended to any family looking for a place where their loved one will be treated with genuine care and dignity.

A huge thank you to everyone at Linden House for the wonderful care given to my mother. The staff were always kind, patient, and compassionate. We're so grateful for the love and support you showed her every day.
This home is truly special. My impressions don't come just from seeing how they are caring for my husband; I see the same care and attention being lavished on all the residents. The whole team is so responsive and often anticipate needs before they are even spoken. They have a great array of activities for the residents to choose from and they encourage residents' independence. Residents are valued and respected. I could not ask for better care.
I am so glad I found this home. I can now relax, knowing he is in caring and capable hands.
Thank you for your lovely review. We pride ourselves on the care we provide and make sure we are person-centered in our approach. You are all a part of our family and it is lovely that you feel so relaxed and comforted knowing we are now looking after your husband.
We have nothing but praise for the outstanding and expert care my mother receives at Linden House. When we visit, the atmosphere is always warm and welcoming, and the staff are friendly and compassionate as well as being highly professional. If I have any concerns, I am always listened to, and to know that my mother is being so well looked after, around the clock, is really reassuring for our whole family. Thank you, Linden House!
Thank you for your lovely review. Mum is an absolute joy to have living with us and never fails to put a smile on everyone's face. We are so pleased that you are pleased with the care your mum is receiving and we appreciate your visits and your feedback.
My mother-in-law moved into Linden House earlier this year. The welcome and support both my mother-in-law and the family received has meant the move was easy and she settled immediately. She has a permanent smile on her face, looks years younger, and constantly thanks us for finding Linden House and is always praising the staff. Many thanks.
Thank you so much for your comments and we really appreciate your words as well as those from Mum. Mum is indeed a pleasure to support and she certainly brightens up my day each morning. It is our aim to ensure that every resident is able to have a life that is full of happiness, quality and love....

Meet the Team (1)

I joined Linden House in 2016 as a care assistant, and for the past nine years I’ve had the privilege of working alongside an exceptional team. Though Linden House is a small home, it is one where consistency, compassion, and exceptional quality of care truly matter. We are committed to a gold-standard framework that ensures every resident feels safe, supported, and genuinely loved.
Having worked in every role throughout my time here, I now step into management with a deep, firsthand understanding of what it truly takes to serve our residents well. This experience allows me to lead with insight, empathy, and a clear vision of how to uphold the highest standards of care.
Alongside my work at Linden House, I am also currently pursuing my nursing qualification, further strengthening my ability to provide the very best for those who call our home theirs.
