Very impressed with the care and attention that my mum received. The staff were all fantastic and I would have no hesitation in recommending the home to friends and family.

The home feels very homely. It has several different lounges and rooms giving variety for the residents. The staff are caring and friendly and activities to stimulate the residents are increasing and are very popular.
The food menu is varied and tasty and residents have choices and a comfortable environment in which to eat their meals.

Family members are encouraged to stay and eat with their loved one if they want to. I am very happy with the service my mother receives.

The home has a lovely family feel to it. The staff are all very helpful and nothing is ever too much for them if you need anything. My family are always made to feel very welcome.

My dad has settled very well and has made friends and enjoys the activities that are provided for the residents, he especially likes the singing and watching films and is very keen to tell me what he's been up as soon as I arrive. I am pleased we chose this home for my dad to live, I feel very confident he is being very well cared for and is happy there.

For 4 years, the staff at the home have shown great sympathy, care and attention to my mother. She has advanced dementia, can't speak, walk or feed herself and they always show compassion towards her needs. Since the new group has taken over, some things have changed but the level of care has remained high and the catering, including freshly baked cakes, is always of a high standard.

A good feel about the place when you walk in. I like the design of the building with access to residents who want some peace and quiet. Staff are friendly, food is excellent and there is no smell about the place. It is a very hospitable facility.

My mother first used the home when recovering from surgery some 8 years ago, then on respite for me as her carer on several occasions. The staff were always helpful and friendly and made her welcome. She never objected to going there when it became necessary for her to go into a care home as a resident. I had no problem in choosing this home as I knew she would be happy there. I go for meals there with her and they are always good.

My father is very well looked after at the home - I no longer worry about his welfare as he is always well fed and cared for. The management and staff are excellent. I recently attended a Father's Day BBQ - it was very popular with both residents and relatives and I look forward to attending similar events.

After visiting a number of care homes, we were delighted to find this home. The staff are so friendly and caring and they cannot do enough to help you. Nothing is too much trouble. This also applies to the admin lady who is delightful and extremely efficient.

Residents are all happy and well cared for.

Amazed at all staff employed in the home are lovely. My mother had vastly improved in the short while she's been with you and feels safe and looked after. My sisters and I all feel that we have made the right choice. Would recommend to everybody. Please keep it up.

I am very impressed with the commitment of the carers, always quietly attending to the needs of the residents in a respectful way. I like the layout of the home, with many different seating areas which I feel helps the resident to maintain some feeling of independence. I also like the idea of featured lunches and I am amazed how much the residents eat on these days and again the interactions with the staff is excellent. I would like to see the common areas decorated as this is where first impressions are made. At the moment "out of date".

This is a clean and friendly home. The staff are very kind and cater for all those that are in respite or residence. I am happy for my husband to stay with them as I know he will be well looked after and also safe which gives me peace of mind when I need a break.
