My Mama has been in the same premises since 2018 .. many management changes but care and concern continued to be excellent throughout. She is safe, wonderfully cared for and loved by all the superb carers ..we as a family are most grateful
We really appreciate your feedback, and are delighted that we are caring for your mama.
I can't speak highly enough of the level of care, facilities and activities at Esher Manor. My 93 year old mother has quickly settled in and is happy which gives me great peace of mind. The care team and all support staff were fantastic in helping her settle into her new home.
We are delighted that your mother has settled into Esher Manor well, and is now a part of our wonderful community.
We look forward to seeing you at your next visit.
My sister moved into the Esher Manor in February 2026 and stayed for five months until moving back into her home. We had looked at numerous care homes and I can say that Esher Manor stands out for its lovely presentation, friendly atmosphere, excellent facilities, comfortable spacious rooms and delightful dining areas. The food is excellent too with good vegetarian options. There are a lot of interesting activities of all kinds on offer for those that enjoy them. My sister preferred her own company most of the time and that was respected too. Most importantly, all the staff are so caring and friendly, always greeting residents by name and with a cheerful smile. Communication is unfailingly quick by phone or by email and medication and health monitored very carefully. Thank you Esher Manor.
We were delighted to be able to care for your sister during her stay at Esher Manor, and are delighted that she is now doing well back at home.
Despite these changes, many of the staff have remained, which says a great deal about the home and provides wonderful continuity for the residents.
My mum has Alzheimer's, so she can often become confused and anxious. However, at Esher Manor she feels safe, comfortable and truly at home. Knowing she is in a familiar environment, surrounded by kind and caring staff who know her well, has made an enormous difference to her wellbeing.
The staff are compassionate, patient and care about the residents. It gives our family real peace of mind knowing that Mum is happy, well looked after and treated with dignity every day.
We are very grateful for everything the team at Esher Manor does and would happily recommend the home to anyone looking for high-quality residential care for a family member.
Your wonderful comments will be shared with the Team at Esher Manor, and we are delighted to have your support in caring for your mother.
Always a friendly greeting when you arrive, and nothing is too much trouble.
The rooms are lovely and everything is well cared for.
It has a happy atmosphere and everyone looks well cared for.
Thank you so much for taking the time to review Esher Manor, we really appreciate your feedback which will be shared with the Team at Esher Manor.
Both staff and many of the clients were warm and friendly which I found really reassuring. A couple of the clients put themselves out to extend a friendship.
I can only give a glowing report
Thank you so much.
We are delighted that you chose Esher Manor for your respite stay, and welcome you back anytime.
She likes to sit in a chair and just watch everything going on which you have provided for her
Thank you so much
I don't need to make my review any longer as I know she is eating well and being well looked after by your lovely staff
We are delighted that your mum has settled well.
My father was a resident at Esher Manor Care Home from December 2023 until July 2026. He spent a year in Assisted Living and then moved to Reminiscence because he had developed dementia. My sister and I were impressed from the start by the welcome all of us were given when we first arrived there to move Dad in and this level of kindness and support continued throughout Dad's stay. I liked all the carers who looked after him and they allowed him to maintain his dignity and self worth when things got difficult towards the end of his life. I particularly liked the continuity of care - Esher Manor succeeds in holding on to its senior staff which was helpful and comforting. Thank you to every member of staff.
It was a pleasure to care for your father, he was a lovely gentleman.
My Grandfather was a resident at Esher Manor from October 2021 until his sad passing in June 2026. The family have always felt very at ease and comfortable with the exceptional care and dedication provided by the staff at Esher. My Grandfather was a cherished resident and he always appeared to be relaxed and settled in the surroundings.
The home provides spacious accommodation in a clean, well kept environment. They regularly plan activities which residents can opt in or out of at their choice. We believe we made the right choice in moving my Grandfather to Esher Manor and the duration of time he spent there was testament to how well he was being cared for (He was 95 when he passed).
Your grandfather was a much loved Resident at Esher Manor and we will miss him dearly.
Mum went in for a trial and my initial impressions have turned out to be correct. It is a huge adjustment for her but the staff are understanding and gently encouraging. She has decided to stay in her lovely room. I would recommend anyone looking for a care home in the area to consider Eshe Manor.
It has been wonderful to see family members often visiting.
My Mother was a resident at Esher Manor from November 2023 until May 2026 when she sadly passed away at the age of 94 years. My Mother was always extremely happy and found it easy to make friends with other residents, but most important of all she was extremely well cared for and had much praise for all the wonderful staff. For my part, it was important that my Mother settled into her new home where she was cared for by kind, caring and devoted individuals and this was apparent in abundance, throughout her time with them.
My sincere thanks for all my Mothers care and devotion given by all your staff members.
We were delighted that we were able to care for your mother at Esher Manor, and hold fond memories of her.
Your wonderful comments will be shared with the Team.
My Dad had a short stay at Esher Manor after a few weeks in hospital. He received very good care and they got him moving to help his recovery. It gave my sister and I some respite and we are very grateful. Thank you
We are delighted that we were able to support in the recovery for your father.
Both my parents are living at the care home. They are both sound of mind but frail and both have quite separate needs. I am always happy with the care that they receive and there seems to be a real sense of community.
It is our pleasure to care for your parents at Esher Manor, and we always look forward to seeing friends and family.
My parents came to Esher Manor after my dad had been in hospital after a fall . The transition from hospital to Esher Manor went smoothly and the attention and care received for them has been very good. Although a huge change for them, they have both been settling well and are very familiar with all the lovely staff who help them with anything they need .
We are delighted that your parents are settling at the home, and we are able to support them both.
Esher Manor looked after my father for the last six weeks of his life. The standard of care he got there was of the highest order. The carers did an excellent job and seemed totally dedicated to their work, while the supporting staff couldn't have been more helpful. Unfortunately, my father was declining in health when he went into the care home, so he wasn't able to take full advantage of the many facilities they offer, but the food was tailored to suit him and, most importantly, as he soon became bedbound, they always seemed to have enough staff to keep an eye on him.
It was a pleasure for Esher Manor to be able to look after your father, and we will share your comments with the Team.
The staff were consistently caring, thoughtful and kind, and my mum was very well looked after throughout her stay. When she came home after two weeks, she was noticeably stronger and in great spirits. The delicious, nutritious meals and attentive care clearly made a huge difference.
When our family next goes away, we will book Esher Manor again without hesitation. Having complete peace of mind that my mum is safe, happy, and well cared for while we are away is truly invaluable - and the fact that she is very happy to return speaks volumes
We are delighted that you mum enjoyed the experience of respite, and look forward to welcoming her again in the future.
My father has settled into Esher Manor although struggled with the massive life change for the first few days. The staff helped in every way they could and are always very kind and friendly to both him and me. He likes the frequent musical entertainment as well as the excercise class and talks which are on offer regularly.
Thank you for sharing your experience of Esher Manor.
In difficult moments the staff exude a quiet calmness and a genuine sense of caring which is so reassuring and whenever any issue has arisen it has been dealt with promptly and with dignity.
We are delighted that your mother has settled at Esher Manor, and continues to be reassured by the wonderful Team we have working here.
We look forward to seeing you on your next visit.
My mum has been a resident there for 2 months now and I cannot tell you how happy she is. We tried a couple of care homes beforehand for respite but I have to say this place puts the others to shame.
As you enter the care home it's like entering a hotel lobby, lots of people sitting around drinking coffees, chatting with music in the background, such a lovely welcoming atmosphere. The carers and the team are amazing with activities in the morning, singers in the aft and movies in the cinema room in the evenings. The outings and activities are endless and the resident rooms are spotless.
The carers and management team really go out of their way to make sure my mum is having the best time.
So glad I found this place for my mum and will be definatly recommending it. If mum is happy we are all happy. Thanks you Esher Manor Care home........Susan
Thank you so much for taking the time to review Esher Manor, we are grateful for your feedback, and delighted that your mum has settled with Esher Manor so well.
My sister went into Esher Manor for one week's respite. It had been particularly difficult to persuade her to take this much-needed break from caring for her 104-year-old mother and the manager was endlessly patient while we made this difficult decision. Once there, I believe that my sister adapted quite quickly with the attention of the extremely gentle and caring nursing staff. She enjoyed the welcoming and peaceful atmosphere and spoke highly of the food. She enjoyed walking around the lovely garden. She didn't take part in the activities, being a rather solitary person. When she came home she seemed much rested and looked much better, just a pity that she wouldn't stay a bit longer. From an outsider's perspective, this is the nicest care home that I have viewed or visited.
We are delighted that your sister was able to have a break from caring for a loved one. We would welcome her back anytime she needs further breaks.
The Team will be delighted with your feedback, thankyou.

Meet the Team (8)

I joined here as a Senior Care Assistant in 2013, progressed to Reminiscence Coordinator, managed the Assisted Living Department, and now I am overseeing both departments as a Deputy Manager since September 2019. I also supported the General Manager with Clinical Requirements and the Activities Coordinator with our Activities Programme. In August 2023 I was promoted to General Manager position.
I have been given the opportunity to develop my skills, learn and progress. I am a qualified physiotherapist with a hospital and private sector background. I hold Diploma Level 5 in Health and Social Care. I am passionate about care and dedicated to providing a high-quality service tailored to each person's individual needs. I am proud to be part of the Esher Team.

I joined Esher Manor as a Senior Care Assistant Wellbeing in February 2019. I was then promoted to Dementia Care Manager in November 2019. I have been working in the care sector since 2003, and I was originally a nurse in my home country. I have managed two Residential Care Homes previously, and I hold a Level 4 in Health and Social Care. I enjoy working with elderly people, especially those with dementia, and the smile on their faces gives me a sense of achievement. My priority is to have a good relationship with residents, their families and staff to ensure that they feel welcome and at home.

I have been working in the Care industry for over 20 years and thoroughly enjoy it.
I've had such a warm welcome from all Residents and Team Members at Esher Manor, and I look forward to getting to know all our lovely Residents and Family members.
I have completed my NVQ level 5, and am very passionate about end of life care.

Hi, I'm Joanna. I joined Esher Manor in February 2019 and can honestly say I have never looked back. Every day is a different day, and I have the privilege of helping families choose the right care home for their loved ones.
From the point that a family makes an enquiry to Esher Manor, I will be able to help with any questions whether it be for short-term respites or permanent care.
We love to get involved in Local Community projects at Esher Manor, so I'd love to hear from you if you're holding an event, or think we can help out.

I joined in March 2019. Before starting here, I worked within the public care sector as a Human Resources Assistant and finance and Payroll Manager for over 20 years. I enjoy getting to know residents, families and staff. I support the General Manager and office administration and my door is always open.

I joined Esher Manor in April 2022. I have previously worked within the group for 7 years altogether.
I'm a passionate cook with an eye for detail who has worked in the care sector since 2011, where I gained my knowledge, experience and qualifications.‘PASSION’ was always my top core value.
Cooking is an ‘ART’. As in art, you mix colours and a beautiful picture manifest so in cooking, you have to be creative, full of passion, and imaginative and your meals will be like a piece of art beautifully presented on the plate.
I'm excited to be part of the Avery Collection Family, working with our lovely residents and their families.

I joined Esher Manor in June 2021 as a maintenance coordinator. It is my first time working in a caring environment, and I find it very rewarding. I look after the building, repairing or replacing what is broken whilst looking after everyone’s health and safety.

I joined the company in 2015, and I'm delighted to say that I work in such a wonderful caring environment.
My passion is elderly care, everyone is unique and has an interesting story to tell.
I always try my best to make sure that our Residents receive the best care and that all of our Team Members feel valued.
I am privileged to have such a fantastic team, making the environment warm and friendly, and a home from home for us too.
