My mother has been resident at Whitebourne Frimley since September 2014. She suffers with dementia and is very well cared for by the whole team of staff there. She is very happy in the home and comfortable in her environment.
She participates in the activities there and has a very nice en suite room which overlooks the garden. The staff are very patient and kind and tolerant.

We are very happy with the care and support my mother is getting at Whitebourne. She has been a resident since June 2014 and has received excellent care. Accommodation and lounge areas are immaculate, medical and personal support are very good including feedback to relatives with food provision being more than adequate. I am a great believer that any operation or service provider is as good as its lead manager and in Whitebourne, Care UK have an outstanding one. Long may she continue.

My mother has been in Whitebourne Care Home for the past nine years, she has very recently passed away. In all that time she was treated with care, affection and dignity, I was always made to feel very welcome. I cannot praise the management and staff too highly, especially towards the end of her life. I would not hesitate to recommend Whitebourne to anyone.

I visit my mother at Whitebourne 3 or 4 times a week at different times of the day. My visits haves been over a 2 year period and the homes biggest asset is it's staff. The staff are all engaging and helpful and the staff have an in depth knowledge of each resident. There is a positive can do attitude and a willingness to overcome any problems or worries that may arise. The activities have improved over the last 12 months and all the residents are encouraged to take part or are involved even if they cannot communicate effectively. The management are flexible and listen to changing needs and requirements so that changes can be accommodated.
