My brother looks in excellent health and he likes everyone there. He definitely is well looked after and has a really good social life. I recommend this home without a doubt. He is more confident and the manager has said he speaks a lot more now and interacts with staff.

My sister has been at Halland House for 40 years and now needs 1-1 care. The staff really care about her and understand her needs very well. She can be very stubborn sometimes (e.g. currently refuses to eat normal meals) and they cope with that brilliantly. They take her out whenever she is willing.

My sister has been happy at Halland House for 40 years and is the oldest/longest standing resident. I hope that Halland House will be able to care for her as she grows older/frailer and needs more care and attention.

The main thing for me is that my daughter is happy at Halland House, which she is. The Staff are kind and caring and outings are well arranged and enjoyed. I enjoy the monthly newsletter and appreciate the weekly reports on my daughter.

The home is well positioned in small village and well placed for accessing other venues for residents activities.

Staff are friendly and approachable, willing to listen to concerns/suggestions and react accordingly.
