Acorn House is a traditional double fronted Victorian property. It is a privately run residential care home for 10 adult residents who have learning disabilities, dementia and complex needs.
Acorn House is on a regular bus route to local shops, shopping centre and nearby train stations, Preston Park and Blakers Park are in walking distance.
Acorn House offer outings that are chosen by residents at their monthly meeting, and provide in house activities such as pet therapy. Acorn House is able to cater for a range of dietary needs and offer a ‘healthy choice’ menu which has been credited with a gold award by Brighton and Hove Council.
