Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
My brother-in-law was lucky enough to stay and to be cared for by the most wonderful and caring staff just before Christmas 2017. The rest home was beautifully decorated for Christmas. We were there at the time the Christmas tree was being decorated - each resident had a decoration to put on the tree.
One by one they were helped gently to the tree to hang their decoration while one of the residents played Christmas carols. Nothing was too much trouble, we were always made welcome with tea and coffee. I have been a visitor to a few rest homes and this is the nicest I've been to, and that is thanks to the staff and management for the caring way they treated us all.

We feel my Brother is receiving the best care, especially as he is a complex character
We know we can approach the staff if we have any issues etc.
Generally, he is quite happy we feel the staff do there best in all areas including house keeping
