Excellent care home. Welcoming, warm, always a smile for residents and staff.
Dementia is a complex condition and the staff handle the tough challenge that this presents with consistent professionalism and patience which we could never hope to achieve at home.

Thank you for your cheerful kindness and care.

My mother had been resident here for the past two and a half years until her passing in June. Over this period her dementia became progressively worse, but the team have her love, kindness and care throughout this difficult period. Our unannounced visits were always treated with warmth, and they always answered, with honesty any questions or queries we had. As a family, we can't thank them enough. Great place and a great team.

My father had vascular dementia and lived in Elizabeth House for a number of years and he was always so well cared for. The staff are extremely caring and my father always looked lovely, clean, shaven, tidy and happy. The home was always immaculate and the food always looked delicious. My dad joined in activities as and when he felt like it and was supported by lovely staff. Staff decorated a private room for my parents 60th wedding anniversary November 2017, way beyond the call of duty! My father left Elizabeth House in June 2018 to go into a nursing home and sadly died on 11th September, three of the care staff of Elizabeth House travelled to Worthing from Bognor Regis on their day off to attend my fathers funeral. They wanted to come and say a final goodbye to our dad. Our family were overwhelmed with their kindness and its a clear sign of how well liked, looked after and cared for our father was in this amazing home. Thank you Elizabeth House.

Elizabeth House is an amazing place, it's kept spotlessly clean and the residents are always clean and tidy, the food always looks and smells lovely. My mum spent 4 years at Elizabeth House until she passed away on 12th March 2018. The care and love she received were just amazing the staff gave her and us 110% care, kindness and support and she was treated with dignity and love at a very difficult time.

My mum has been here for 4+ years, I cannot praise them enough for the care given to mum, even as her dementia has deteriorated over the years. They kept me fully updated on any changes as soon as they happened. I would/will definitely recommend Elizabeth House to anyone. Thank you.

My mother has been a resident for two years now, during that time the high standard of care has not wavered. The home is always clean and tidy and the bright airy corridors give a sanctuary for all residents to have their own space. The staff are very thoughtful to both residents and their relatives, keeping you updated if any additional medical intervention is required. The knowledge that my mother is well cared for in a safe and happy environment is priceless.

I'm not hoping to have to go into a care home but then I'm guessing few of us do, but if and when I do I would definitely put Elizabeth House to the top of my list. I have visited my friend many times and have always been struck by the atmosphere and ethos, the friendliness of all the staff and the ease with which my friend has settled in continues to thrive and it smells nice which is always a good sign!

I am very happy that my mother is cared for at Elizabeth House. She always looks neat and tidy and the staff take the trouble to coordinate her clothes nicely.

Staff are in the main, friendly and very helpful and any concerns are dealt with efficiently. Activities and entertainment are regular and very good with excellent interaction.

The home is run so well, patients are looked after so well, they all seem happy, lots of activities for the residents. Staff are really helpful, the bedrooms are clean and the home is kept nice at all times. They have lots going on to keep the residents active, friends and family can join in as well. Everyone is so friendly which makes it more like home.

We can have lunch with our friend and then sit in the lovely garden with a nice tea or coffee and have a good natter or we can go to her room. She has plenty of privacy which I think is good. Can't fault the home.
