Oakland Grange provides a comfortable environment for elderly residents in a purpose-converted building designed to deliver effective residential care.
Residents have access to comfortable lounges and dining areas, where they can choose from a wide variety of home-cooked meals. Well-maintained, large landscaped gardens and patio areas are available. An activity program is scheduled throughout every week.
Personal care packages ensure all individual requirements are met by friendly, trained staff available day and night, led by a management team and supported by external professionals, such as the local GP practice and Pharmacy support staff.
Staff levels are adjusted to reflect residents' needs for personalised care, which can change over time. Oakland Grange continuously invests in training to support a quality of care that staff can all feel proud of, and that meets the needs and expectations of residents and their families.
