From the moment a new resident arrives, they are provided with a bespoke care and activities package. No request is too big or too small. The friendly team are highly experienced and are trained in all aspects of non-nursing care, with a close working relationship with other health care professionals to ensure the highest levels of care and support for their residents.
The meals provided are cooked daily with fresh ingredients, with the menu being created around the likes and dislikes of the residents. A variety of diets can be catered for and residents have a choice of where they would like to eat; communally in the dining room, in the conservatory looking out at the garden, or in their rooms for some peace and privacy if that is what they prefer.
Every day at Offington Park is different and is focused on the needs of the individuals in the small community they have built.

I'm Sandy, and I’m thrilled to have recently taken on the role of Manager at Offington. This is an exciting new chapter in my 24-year career in care. I began as a Care Assistant and have worked hard over the years to learn best practices, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care and that our staff feel supported and valued. My commitment to care comes from a deeply personal place—I believe in treating every resident with the same level of care and compassion that I would want for my own family members. Outside of work, I enjoy attending car shows and have a real passion for all things Disney!
