My wife has been very well looked after in this Home, with her special needs for dietary issues and other things taken into account and dealt with properly at all times. The range of activities for residents and the visits are all very good!

The ability of friends and relatives to visit as and when they can is very useful and not regimented in any way which is great!

The Home have kept me up-to-date with changes in my wife's condition, medications and anything else such as sleep patterns...

I thoroughly recommend this home and its lovely setting!

My Mum moved into Greenbanks 5 weeks ago after her confusion got too much for us to handle at home. We chose Greenbanks after seeing 5 residential homes as we felt it offered the right combination of a nice room, clean homely feel, many activities and kind friendly staff. We have been so impressed with all of those things since Mum moved in and she has settled well, made friends, put on weight - she says the foods great - and been involved in outtings and activities. The Manager and the staff are all so friendly, helpful and cheerful, the home clean and welcoming and a delight to visit. Thank you so much to all the staff for welcoming my Mum so well and helping to make her transition as painless as possible.

My Mum has been at the care home for just over a month and whilst I know how difficult it is with her dementia the staff have been brilliant when I have visited the staff are very attentive to the residents and they try really hard to brighten there days it is a comfort to myself and my wider family that people appear very caring and kind it means a lot , They keep me updated with any problems which is great at least I feel I'm in the loop

Would thoroughly recommend Offington care home. The care my dad received for respite was amazing & it was just the stepping stone he needed to get him back to his own home from a long spell in hospital. The staff were so friendly polite & treated all the residents with respect.. Nothing was ever too much trouble & I had full confidence he was being looked after well. The fees were also lower than other homes I looked at that needed a total refurbishment & not as friendly!

The staff are always kind, cheerful, willing and helpful. They pay attention to the residents and speak to them in a way which is kind and respectful. Our mother is well looked after, her room is always clean, she is hydrated and well fed. We are so grateful to everyone at Offington Park!

Dad has been very happy at Greenbanks, he enjoys the interaction with the staff and residents and loves the food. We are very happy with the care provided.

My mum has been a resident of Greenbanks since January 2026 since her dementia diagnosis began to progress quite significantly. We were offered 3 care homes to visit and Greenbanks was by far the standout when we went to visit these options. Mum was living alone prior to moving to the care home and the difference we have seen in her over these last few months has been incredible. Greenbanks do fantastic activities with the residents, it is always clean and tidy, the staff are incredible and the accommodation is very comfortable. We are very happy and grateful to have mum looked after so well and the family has complete peace of mind that she is eating when she should, getting her medication at the right times, is safe and able to socialise with the other residents and staff. We all thoroughly enjoy visiting her at Greenbanks where the staff have all gone out of their way to know our names, welcome us warmly and most importantly look after our mum / grandma so nicely

Great care delivered to residents. There is always something happening to keep them occupied. Home has a lovely friendly atmosphere and we are always welcome. Room is great, clean and tidy. Staff are amazing.

The Home is kept very clean, the meals are well presented. The staff are friendly and always make me welcome. The care Ralph receives is very good.

Mum has been in Warrengate since October 2016. The length of time is a testament to the excellent care that she receives from the amazing and dedicated staff. Nothing is too much effort for them, they always make sure she's eating and drinking and we've often walked round the corner to her room to find a staff member blowing kisses to her at her door. The home is always spotless and they are always coming up with new activities and entertainment for the residents.

I feel that staff members listen to me and my relative. They are always friendly and respectful. My relative has complex physical and behavioural issues but Warrengate staff seem to manage these well.

I couldn't have asked for a better nursing home for my dad all the staff at Durban House are friendly warm attentive and caring. I am always made to feel very welcome. The residents are all absolutely lovely too. I have made a lot of friends amongst the residents and staff too There is always plenty going on at Durban House to keep everyone entertained and involved. A great gardening club is just one activity that we really enjoy in Durban's lovely gardens. The chefs always provide great food and amazing cakes for special occasions. My dad is really happy and settled here which makes us happy. He has made a lot of friends amongst the staff and residents. Even though its a secure nursing home it doesn't feel that way when you walk through the doors it feels like one big family home.

My Dad has been at Offington Park Rest Home for over 3 years. He has very good care from all the staff. They keep me informed of any changes & I visit twice a week so am able to see for myself the compassion with which the staff treat the residents - always smiling & friendly - and to visitors too. I am very happy with the care Dad receives here.

The ongoing care my mother is receiving at Offington Park is exceptional. No request to the home for anything my mother needs or the family have concerns about is met with anything but a smile and positive action. Current refurbishment works are coming along nicely.

I don't thank them enough, but we're incredibly grateful for everything the manager and their team do. Having pushed our limits to care for my father at home, we completely understand that it 'isn't easy'. It became impossible for us. My father was an extraordinary and accomplished man that fell victim to a severe stroke, leading to dementia. His behaviours can now be very challenging, out of character, and requiring assistance for the most basic of tasks/needs. Ironically, he was once a mental-health nurse.

Although the staff know little of his past and have no experience of his caring/welcoming demeanour, they consistently treat him respectfully, professionally, and with patience. Dignity intact.

I hope they realise how much they're valued by the families and the wider community, who understand the importance of their work. It's reassuring to know that in a world as unfair as ours, there are noble people who are caring for our fallen, and treating them with dignity and respect.

They are extremely attentive, always friendly and helpful and kind to both residents and visitors.

It was a very hard adjustment, both for Mum and for us, all of her family, to go from her being independent to needing full time care. I cannot speak highly enough of all of the staff at Offington Park. It's a huge relief knowing how attentive and committed the staff are to her care. I can see it every visit, and Mum speaks so highly of them all. Thank you to Sandy and all the staff for looking after her so well. It's meant the world to all of us.
