Queens Lodge Reviews (1)
Over all time Queens Lodge has 1 review.
My sister attends Queens Lodge for respite throughout the year. Social Services recommended Queens Lodge and I checked it out beforehand and it seemed lovely. Staff are all very nice. She is taken out every day to places she wants to go to. They know her very well and always ensure she has a key to her room and same room, as this is important to her. She has on occasion stayed longer than planned so she could attend parties or events. She loves Queens Lodge, good food and clean. Many staff have worked there years. My sister loves them all and they always make sure she’s happy, highly recommend.
Thank you for this kind feedback which I will share with the team. The staff team always look forward to her visits here and the positive spirit she brings along, not only to the staff but the other guests we have at the time. She is always a real pleasure to have.

- Requires Improvement - The service isn't performing as well as it should and we have told the service how it must improve.
