My mum moved into Woodbine Manor just over a week ago. We were really worried that she would not settle and be unhappy. I am delighted to say she has settled really well.

My husband and I have visited our mother-in-law every few days for the past fortnight. We have always found her alert and engaged in activities on offer. Her room is very neat and tidy and her personal hygiene is well maintained. All staff witnessed were extremely patient with all of the residents and in the hours we spent in the home we did not hear one raised or abusive voice. Queries were promptly addressed by management and we felt very comfortable saying goodbye and leaving her in such good care.
