The team members, many of whom live in the local areas of Whittlesey, Turves and Peterborough, pride themselves on their warm and friendly approach and develop strong relationships with residents, and those closest to them, to ensure a holistic and person-centred approach to care.
They also run a day centre once a week for elderly people living in the community to visit and help develop new friendships.

The sheets, clothes are washed and ironed and placed back in the rooms quickly. They are constantly trying to improve the home for the residents.
