The Care Home has been amazing, following a fall that left my uncle unable to continue living independently. It has proven to be a home away from home. Providing excellent care while adapting to his changing needs. It has allowed the family to feel welcome with a warm environment when visiting. It is
spotlessly clean, has a bright friendly reception, and a relaxing garden for one to one time. I have every confidence the nursing care he is receiving is of the highest standard. All the staff are friendly and approachable while continuing to be professional. I am very grateful to have found it, and would not hesitate to recommend it.

My husband had a stroke 2022 since he had trouble with speech and has had heart problems. Recently he had an accident and at 86 decided life was just too difficult. He came in for terminally care. The staff were all dedicated from nurses to laundry staff, all I had contact with were so helpful. The
day he died when I came in their were 3 staff settling him comfortably - all gently tucking him in with care and love. I would recommend anyone needing care to use Lime Court, it could not have given better care.

Whilst my brother was residing at Waterhall Care Home he was always content and well cared for even though is communication was not good because of his stroke. He always smiled at all the staff and never seemed in distress. The staff have always been caring and supportive.

I can tell you in less than 200 words. Ashyln Care Home, in my opinion, is the best; it has turned itself around in the last few months. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I feel that it is the little things that they do that make it so special; they deserve a better rating than good.
Reply from Kendra Bray, Group Sales & Marketing Business Partner at Ashlyn Care Home

My brother in law has been living here (in respite) since March whilst awaiting his permanent accommodation to be made safe. I have visited friends who sadly need care and Westport Care Home is by far the best care home. I am very very impressed with everything - the rooms, lounge area, garden and especially
the caring dedication of the staff. Thank you for looking after my brother in law so well. I really can't fault it. It is such a nice friendly atmosphere.

This is the second residential care home my mother in law has lived in. Whilst lower cost than the first, the care, ambience, staff engagement and overall experience at Longfield is dramatically better. This is a low rise, low density, low stress care home. Lots of space, easy access to secure outdoor
fresh air and great food means I and my wife are completely relaxed leaving my Mother in Law in the care of the Longfield team. Congratulations Team Longfield. You are all stars.

My grandad has been a resident at the home since 2023, and both my mother, brother, and I are so grateful and blessed for my grandad to be in such a wonderful home. The staff are so kind, loving, patient, caring and compassionate towards the residents. Every week there is stimulating activities for
the residents and every day healthy meals are cooked for them. The home and the resident's bedroom is always so clean!
A wonderful, beautiful home!

"The staff at this care home are absolutely wonderful. They always treat my nan with such kindness, patience, and respect, which gives us great peace of mind knowing she is so well looked after. The home has a warm, welcoming atmosphere and good home cooked food is served plentiful. One of the things
we love most are the daily events and activities they provide - from games and music to crafts and social gatherings - there's always something to keep her engaged and smiling. It's clear that the team go above and beyond to make the residents feel happy and cared for, and we are truly grateful for everything they do.
