I would fully endorse and recommend Primrose Croft Care Home. The help, support, compassion
and professionalism they all showed my Father, my wife and myself for 5 months was truly outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble and they always greeted us when visiting.
We had constant updates when needed
and kept us informed of Dad's health and happiness, which was extremely reassuring when we lived a fair distance from the home. We could not have been more happy or at ease knowing Dad was being looked after around the clock by caring staff.
Very happy to recommend this establishment.

Fitzwilliam Home in Cottenham is a beautiful home that ensures your loved ones are safe, well looked after and loved. The staff are so lovely and kind, the home is so clean and there are always stimulating activities to keep the residents entertained. The kitchen staff cook such lovely and healthy meals
for the residents every day as well as baking the most gorgeous luxurious birthday cakes for the residents making them feel so special on their birthdays! My mother and I are so happy and grateful that my Grandad is living at such a wonderful home.

I have been living at St Georges Court Care home for just over 2 years now and have no trouble and felt at home right away. All the team are very friendly and caring and I feel very much they are an extended family. The management recently arranged for me to travel to Lincoln and attended a Hamza Yassin
talk, which was a brilliant day and I was even able to give him a embroidery gift I made him. I have now settled into my room and it feels like home, I have decorated the walls with pictures of birds. It is lovely and colourful. I would recommend choosing st Georges court if you are looking for a care home.

Glennfield is perfect for my mum's needs. She's now lived here for a couple of years which has enabled the lovely team on Poppy to get to know her. In that time, mum's dementia has progressed quite a bit and it is reassuring that the team have built up a relationship with mum so understand her needs
really well. The care team, along with the front of house, management and entertainment teams all really care about their jobs and the residents, it's lovely to see. The cleaning, catering and laundry teams also do great work. I would have no hesitation in recommending Glennfield to anyone.

Shirley was recently at a different home but because of circumstances had to move. It was possibly the best thing that could have happened, Shirley seems a totally different persona, which is a special peace of mind. She is so much more relaxed, must be the excellent caring Glennfield carers and staff.
It was hard moving into any care home but Glennfield has made it so easy. Thank you so so much.

All staff lovely and attentive.
Reception, carers, nurses, team leads etc. My mum is very well looked after, clean, well groomed etc.

There are no words powerful enough to describe what Buchan House means to our family after the care they gave my Nannie in the final days of her life. In our darkest moments, shattered by grief, fear, and exhaustion, they carried us with a level of compassion we will never forget. When someone you love
is nearing the end, fear is constant, but from the moment she was there, those fears turned into trust. Every single member of staff cared for her in a way that went far beyond professionalism. They saw her as a person, someone precious, someone who mattered deeply. Buchan House didn't just provide care, they gave love, the kind that cannot be taught, only felt. Because of them, her final days were filled with peace, worth and love, and ours with the gift of knowing she was truly cared for when it mattered the most. From the deepest part of me, thank you. Buchan House is more than a care home and more than a job, it is a place filled with the most special-hearted people. THANKYOU!!!

We cannot thank the staff at Buchan House Care Home enough for the care, compassion and dignity they showed our nan in her final days, everything was done so well, we couldn't fault anything!
What meant the most to our family was how welcoming and understanding everyone was. No matter how many of
us came to be with our nan, the staff always made space for us and never made us feel like a burden. They gave us the time and comfort to be together as a family during such an emotional period, that kindness will stay with us forever.
The warmth, empathy and respect shown to both our nan and our family was truly incredible. We will always be grateful to everyone at Buchan House for making such a difficult time a little easier with their care and compassion. Thank you so much! X

A truly amazing care home with such friendly and caring staff. My mum is definately happier and more settled in your care.
I must give an example of how helpful your staff are.
I live approximately 2 1/2 hours drive away (the home is closer to my mums husband and daughter) and due to my mums condition
it can be difficult to catch her when she is awake.
I visited on Sunday 24th of May at 10:20 and my mum was awake and active and very alert and we had a great time together, walking in the lovely garden and chatting. I would normally leave at meal times (lunch is at 12:00), but the care team (Claire, Katy , Ishara & Nicky) and the receptionist (Cara) noticed how alert my mum was and arranged for me to stay for lunch and even set up a private dining area. This was fantastic, and such amazing care and service and it was such a rare treat to be able to sit and have a meal with my mum and we had a great time together; even singing along to the songs on the TV. Our mother recently spent her last two weeks or so at St. George's Court Care Home, Russell St, Cambridge.
My brother and sister and brother-in-law would like to thank the Manager especially for always having the time to talk us in such a thoughtful and compassionate way,. She took the time to visit
our mother regularly with Laya and Libby, Mum's favourite breed of dog! They elicited a smile from Mum until the very end. Thank you so much! She is a credit to your company. What a personal touch!
In addition, the entire Care, Administrative and Support teams always made us extremely welcome with a smile, always offering to help Mum or us.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
We would highly recommend St. George's Care Home to anyone in the hospital's catchment area who is looking for Palliative Care with approval for local authority funding for Continued Complex Care. We were near Baldock and it was challenging to find a home close enough with this option.

Mum has been a resident since December 2025. The entertainment is excellent, with a varied variety of exciting events, and the fun and joy the residents get is great for them. Birthdays are a special day with in house chef baking fabulous cakes, the meals look delicious. The staff are very accommodating
and courteous to us and mum's needs. We are happy to leave mum knowing she will be well cared for when we go home.

Whenever I have visited my friend, I have been impressed with the friendly welcome from the staff. My friend always looks clean and well cared for. The staff are good at interacting with residents. It is always fresh and clean in the rooms downstairs.

My mother in law has settled very well in the home, the quality of the staff is excellent, nothing is too much trouble, someone is on hand all the time to reassure and put her mind at rest. The activities are great and very inclusive giving support so everyone can take part, it really feels like a family
atmosphere, I cannot express how professional and good the staff are, always going the extra mile to make this home truly a home and everyone including family and visitors welcome.

I visit my friend regularly in St George's court care home. They have been living there a few years now and seem to be happy and made new friends. there is always lots going on in the home, They hold a monthly coffee mornings where they invite the community and friends and family to join. They look
after my friend so well and also visitors like me.
