We would certainly recommend Longfield to other potential residents.

This is not my first stay at Longfield. (I was here on respite care 9 years ago). I am delighted to see that the home is still kept in first class condition - especially as the buildings are not new. I find that all as it was on my first visit remained excellent. The standard of management remains superb and the staff do their best to see that the residents are content. In between my visits, I have done some voluntary work in other local care homes, and I found the standards lower than at Longfield.

I find it a very well looked after in every way, & nothing too much trouble

The staff at Longfields take great care of my mum, Peggy. She is happy and settled and loves her bedroom. My brother and I are reassured that she's looked after, safe and comfortable. Mum particularly likes the different activities, eg armchair exercise, visiting musical groups and the pamper pets.

My father went in around May and up to this point I can't complain and he's on a diementia floor and he's not the easiest to deal with but they are keeping him clean which may seem an obvious thing but again not easy to deal with and pretty much bed bound and they are doing everything they can to continuously move him around to stop bed sores .

A friendly caring environment for mum. The staff are friendly caring and enthusiastic. The entertainment is many and varied keeping the residents engaged and happy. The food is good with a good choice. Medical back up is good. Mums room is functional and kept clean.

Mum has settled in very well, she enjoys the food too.

M is the third relative that we have had at Longfields and I think that is recommendation enough

Issues have been dealt with promptly and my mother seems to be happy and settled in the environment.

The staff at this home put their residents first. The activities stimulate them and the home is always clean and welcoming. I love the small outside areas around the place and the lounge areas are small and more like being in your own home.

My sister-in-law has been in Ashlyn's Care Home since January and has settled in really well. She absolutely loves it there and the staff are really good with her. She has some learning difficulties and some physical disabilities and they are really good at helping with both she's been allowed to decorate her room and feels very very at home there they are always finding things to keep her occupied and she joins in all of the activities. We can't be more grateful that she has been made to feel so at home and so welcomed and so loved there

I couldn't wish for a better & dedicated team who are attending her needs.

My mum and sister are both at Ashlyns Harlow we feel they get the best Care around. My sister loves it there and my mum at 99 is getting the cash she needs. We are very happy that she is there being looked after by very capable people. All the staff are brilliant we feel very welcome and we walk through the doors thank you.

Its always a pleasure to visit Okeley.

My Father is now, healthier and more importantly happier and it's all down to Okeley. If I could give 11 stars out of 10 I would, a care home should be exactly that and under the strong management of Hayley this is exactly what it is..... Thank you Okeley.

My Nan moved to Sweyne Court back in May from a different care home and we are so happy she did. All the staff at Sweyne Court are amazing, from Donna in admin to Ryan and Charlotte the managers and all the carers and staff there, they are all just so lovely to my Nan. They treat her like family, they are so kind and considerate of her needs. She has dementia and can get very confused but each and every staff member is there to help her, make her feel seen and comfort her. All the staff treat my little children so well and make them feel so welcome when we visit (which is daily!) The home is so inviting and warm, everyone is happy as soon as you walk in. The residents are lovely and all seem happy to be there and very well looked after. I am so happy my Nan is finally somewhere that we know she's safe and content. Thank you to you all for looking after my Nan x
