The Willows care home is a lovely place it's bright and spacious and the staff are always happy and smiling and helpful.
There always lots of Activities going on.
And it is well led by the management team.

My dad came into Waterhall Care Home in June 2025 after having a fall and being unable to go back to his home. From the start everyone was very approachable, kind and caring. The care my dad has received has been second to none. I know that my dad is very well cared for in a nice environment. I would
have no hesitation in recommending Waterhill Care Home.

We are very happy with the care which Jennifer, mother in law has settled well. Daniel is amazing with all the residents, he knows each resident individually and their needs. Jez and Funky works extremely hard and we feel happy with all they do. Thank you everyone at Waterhall.

My mum has been living at Castlemead for 2 months and I can't fault either the facilities or the care she is receiving. The catering and range of activities are outstanding. Every member of staff I have met has been kind, caring and cheerful, welcoming and supporting both mum and her family.

We checked local care homes before choosing The Willows and were not disappointed. My sister's health and mental capacity had reached a point that careful care was needed, and that is what she received.
The staff were very professional and caring at all levels, we were kept well informed as a number
of situations developed. The management were also very professional and caring. We felt so happy that we had chosen The Willows.

My brother is a new resident here. The minute you walk in this beautiful light and airy home you are surrounded with love and care and respect, not just to residents but to families too.
There is loads going on ;activities, entertainment, little touches and lots of smiling faces. It's clear they really
care.
Knowing my brother is safe and happy and treated with so much dignity gives me huge peace of mind. Every birthday is so special including my brother's first one.here. A special cake was made for him by the kitchen staff who we should not forget to give a mention to. My brother loves his meals and the food is delicious as I have joined him for lunch recently.
The recent trip to the farm which I volunteered was such a FUN DAY out for both - residents and carers ! Thank you to every single member of the team.You all are AMAZING.

I am happy here, the food is good, my room is good, could be a bit larger but is adequate. Mostly the staff are kind and helpful. The cleaner are good and work well.

Yesterday a monthly meeting was held with the care home manager. Important issues was discussed and noted. At the end one lady said she would like to thank the manager for the way the home is run, credit to the manager with the floor manager and all the staff. I second that plus the others at the meeting.
I cannot give this care home enough praise. I feel my wife is totally safe in this home. Thank you very much.

Some staff are more engaged in care than others. Many staff are sat on devices for extended periods of time while others pick up the slack. Staff have failed to informed correct adult in our family of medical treatment and doctors visits. Communication from some staff is poor. The cleaning staff on
our unit are fab.

Good provision of care, cleaning very good, staff caring. Would like to see some staff sitting and interacting a bit more.
Mum doesn't have a big appetite anymore but they do try to offer different options. Mum prefers more traditional options.
