My daughter was getting married and we didn't think Mum would be able to attend due to her health conditions, two members of staff offered to bring Mum, get her ready and push her in the wheelchair on their day off! (Mum is normally bedbound) so this was quite a feat and it made my daughter's day.
I
personally feel the staff all go above and beyond to make the residents feel well looked after.

With us, everything has happened very quickly, my aunt moved to Castlemead from hospital in unplanned circumstances. As a result we weren't prepared and didn't know what to expect. The staff have gone above and beyond to help her settle in and feel safe and supported and to help us negotiate this unexpected
journey.
Nothing is too much trouble and there is an overwhelming feeling of community and family. The facilities are fantastic - gardens, lounges, quiet rooms, hairdressing salon, even a pub and there always seems to be something going on. Everything is spotlessly clean and well maintained but it is the family feeling that you get that makes us feel that my aunt will be very happy here

A hidden gem. Tucked away in the Neath Hill Estate is the delightful Neath Hill residential home, which I used to visit regularly. From the minute you enter , it has a very homely feel. I loved the interaction seen between the residents and staff, who appeared to have good knowledge and understanding
of the individual needs of those in their care. I loved the warm welcome that I received too . The home and surroundings felt safe. Certainly worth a visit to see for yourself the excellent staff team and genuine care given .

Our mother came to stay at The Willows in April 2025. We found the home to be very warm and comfortable. Although out mother was there only for a few days, the standard of care was very professional and in my opinion first class. The care and support shown, not only to our mother, but to her family,
was amazing; nothing was too much trouble for them, and we as a family were truly grateful to The Willows.
