Some staff are more engaged in care than others. Many staff are sat on devices for extended periods of time while others pick up the slack. Staff have failed to informed correct adult in our family of medical treatment and doctors visits. Communication from some staff is poor. The cleaning staff on
our unit are fab.

Resident engagement, clear communication, and ensuring appropriate family members are kept informed are extremely important to us. We would also like to clarify that our team use electronic devices as part of our digital care planning system to record care and communicate important clinical information. We appreciate this may not always be obvious to visitors, and we are taking steps to ensure devices are more clearly labelled. However, technology should never detract from resident engagement.

Good provision of care, cleaning very good, staff caring. Would like to see some staff sitting and interacting a bit more.
Mum doesn't have a big appetite anymore but they do try to offer different options. Mum prefers more traditional options.

John has been using the Willows for more than 20 years for respite care. He is there at least four times annually. The staff are so good with him. They are all so cheerful, it makes it easier for me to leave him there for two weeks at a time because he is so well cared for. Thank you all the staff.

My Dad recently passed at nearly 93 years of age but what a wonderful past two years he had at Neath House Care Home. I cannot speak more highly of both the environment and staff. The home itself is always spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated to celebrate events throughout the year. There's a
lovely garden area at the back which residents can look out on from the conservatory and when possible, are taken out into. Dad used to love watching the wildlife from here especially the squirrels! The staff are truly amazing. Always going above and beyond for residents and relatives. There's such a family feel within this home and nothing is too much trouble. Dad had dementia and was very frail but the care and kindness extended to him was excellent which I'm sure prolonged his life. I will really miss visiting the home but will be forever grateful for everything they did for Dad. I would highly recommend Neath House and commend their wonderful staff and management. Thank you so much NHCH.

My mum enjoys living in the care home. Her complete needs are very well supported. She particularly loves music and activities which the home supports/provides daily.
The staff/family team are kind, happy and fully engaged with the residents and families. My mum always responds positively to their
happy faces. As a daughter, I trust the staff completely. They provide individual care and always keep me fully informed of anything relating to my mum.

Really lovely care home. All staff very helpful and caring. a very peaceful environment, food at meal times amazing, with a wide choice.
Is like a country house, situated in the middle of a wood in Milton Keynes. Great to have music on the big screen in the lounges. Also, lovely to have activities
throughout the day.
A bit like being an extended holiday!

Mum has recently moved from care home to nursing. She has settled very well, and all the staff on her floor are amazing. This home is kept very clean, and service is excellent always. The families are good and kept in good working order. I am satisfied with their level of service and would recommend.
