The team at the Willows have been amazing and gone every extra mile they could for nan and to ensure nan is safe and happy. Couldn't of asked for anything more of them have been a massive support for me and nan. Best in the business.

I cannot praise Castlemead Court Care Home enough. The dignity and quality care is outstanding. The staff are friendly and compassionate. The home is clean, food is wonderful and my father feels well looked after. He has an ensuite room which is large and comfortable. Activities are run daily. It feels

Overall Experience

I would like to mention that knowing my husband, who suffers from Azheimers is being looked after and cared for in a safe place by dedicated carers. To know he is helped whenever and with whatever he needs gives me great comfort, and makes it easier for me to accept he no longer lives at home with me.

Overall Experience

The Willows has a light, airy and calming atmosphere as soon as you walk through the front doors. All the staff are pleasant and helpful and treat residents with kindness, understanding and dignity. Residents are encouraged to take part in activities both individually and in groups. Mum's room is kept

spotlessly clean and her clothing laundered well.
Food is cooked fresh daily with a good variety on the menu for residents to choose from (smells good too!).

I like coming to The Willows when my mum is anxious, I get worried but I always find the reception and admin lady Suzanne a great comfort. Mum gets anxious and the staff really try to help to calm her she gets involved in activities.

I have nothing but praise for this care home. From the leading management right through to all the staff I really don't know how I would have manged today without your team. My wife Linda is so confused in her mind I could not longer cope. We lived at our home for 53 years but in her mind it was no

longer home, constantly wanted to go out in the car for a ride then confused when we came home saying "I have not been out for a ride" wanting to go out again, Your team has definitely calmed her down and made her comfortable. It is 8/9 months she has been here. I can't control myself when confronted with social and other people so my children are a great support to me. Thank you for everything.

Overall Experience

Whilst my brother was residing at Waterhall Care Home he was always content and well cared for even though is communication was not good because of his stroke. He always smiled at all the staff and never seemed in distress. The staff have always been caring and supportive.
