Care Homes Owned by Excelcare in Buckinghamshire

My Brother In Law has been staying at the care home since the start of this year. Whenever I see him he is always full of life and very contented. I have nothing but praise for the staff who are always demonstrating kindness, empathy and compassion as they go about their day. The special activities that are organised for the residents are brilliant and always pitched at a level where everyone can involved.

Mum has only been in the care home for 3 weeks so far , and I can honestly say she has blossomed since being there. The staff are always so kind and considerate and are ready to step in if help and support is needed, nothing is too much trouble for them. The food is always good and many snacks and drinks offered between meals. There always seems to be someone you can talk to if we want to ask how mum has been whilst we were away. The actives are very varied and well thought out. I have nothing negative to say. Well done everyone.

Overall experience is exceptional from the md, management and all the staff we have no complaints. When I visit and all my family there is nothing but praise. My wife Linda is comfortable and is always smiling and thanking the staff. She is bed bound and confused in her speaking and the staff are understanding. I think she has good reviews. Thank you for making Linda's life comfortable you also have help me Michael as well. Everyone I speak to also speak highly of the Waterhall Care Home.

They get all the important things right at this home and they are very welcoming to friends and family as well. I shall make sure we use them again for our next respite stay.

Staff are always so helpful and friendly and treat residents with care and respect. Its always lovely to visit and a nice homely environment.

Mum is very happy calm and well looked after. She is always happy to see the staff and it is clear that they she is popular among the staff. There is a whole host of activities available and it is a joy to see her enjoying so many different things.

My grandpa has been at the care home for a few years and I am always impressed by the standard of person centred care the staff provide and the community atmosphere within the home. The staff are always approachable and make time to speak to residents and visitors alike, building a great rapport. They also often have activities for residents which is appreciated.

I am very happy with the care provided to my mum, she always looks very well cared for ie cleanliness, dress etc. She enjoys food and the menu is excellent. Mum has always been an active lady and this is encouraged daily by staff and a specific activities person ie music, craft, games etc. Staff members are positive, happy and smiling which mum responds to very well. Thank you for all the wonderful care.

I have been thoroughly impressed with the standard of care provided within the care home. Whenever I have visited my granpa the facilities have always been exceptionally clean and there is a great community atmosphere within the home itself. The shared living room is always a hit with the residents and there are frequently fun activities to provide the residents with some social satisfaction. The staff are truly wonderful and go out of their way to help support both my granpa and me whenever I'm there so I can make the most of my time with him. With my granpa's condition it can be quite emotionally tiring when he is having a bad day but no matter the challenge the staff are always pleasant and approach everything with a smile. The carers build a great rapport with residents and family members alike.
