My experience at Castlemead has been exceptional. The care and consideration of patients is thoughtful, caring and compassionate. All levels of staff are professional and kind. My mum enjoys living in the care home. Her complete needs are very well supported. She particularly loves music and activities which the home supports/provides daily.
The staff/family team are kind, happy and fully engaged with the residents and families. My mum always responds positively to their
happy faces. As a daughter, I trust the staff completely. They provide individual care and always keep me fully informed of anything relating to my mum.

My brother has been treated with great dignity and respect during his stay at Neath House. The management and staff have gone the extra mile to ensure my brother is safe and comfortable in his surroundings.

Really lovely care home. All staff very helpful and caring. a very peaceful environment, food at meal times amazing, with a wide choice.
Is like a country house, situated in the middle of a wood in Milton Keynes. Great to have music on the big screen in the lounges. Also, lovely to have activities
throughout the day.
A bit like being an extended holiday!

During the hardest time of our lives, they showed us extraordinary kindness and compassion.
The staff cared for our loved one with dignity, respect, and genuine warmth, ensuring they were comfortable and peaceful in

Mum has recently moved from care home to nursing. She has settled very well, and all the staff on her floor are amazing. This home is kept very clean, and service is excellent always. Neath House has been my mum's home for the past 6 years, and she's been looked after so well. The management and staff are second to none. Wouldn't want her to have been anywhere else. She enjoyed every moment.

Everything has gone very well since my Mother has been in Castlemead Court Care Home. She is very well looked after and cared for. We have been very impressed with the amount of daily activities available. Also, any problems are sorted out quickly and sympathetically.

Poppy ward in Castlemead Court Care Home is a happy place. All the staff are kind, considerate and patient. My husband is always clean and tidy and extremely cared for. There is always a member of staff to answer questions. The food is amazing and such a wide choice. Nothing is too much trouble whatever
the residents request the staff will do their best to fulfil.

My husband has been at Castlemead for 12 months now, having stayed in two other care homes before. My family and I are so grateful for the kindness and care he is receiving, nothing is too much trouble. The staff are all well trained and always happy, easy to talk to if you're worried over anything.

I regularly visit my father-in-law at Dovecote Manor and I am very pleased with the home. I usually take my doggy in to see him and she is always very welcome; the front desk staff even have some treats for visiting doggies. The staff are always very welcoming and I never worry about the care my father-in-law
is receiving. His room and the general area is always clean and tidy and I feel that he is treated with respect and courtesy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dovecote to others and indeed I have already done so.

The staff at Dovecote are friendly and welcoming. They've always been quick to respond to any queries and are eager to help residents and their families. They genuinely care for the residents and I feel my grandfather is treated with dignity and respect at all times. There is a lovely community atmosphere
within Dovecote and the range of activities and events for residents is impressive. Although my grandfather does not tend to participate in the group activities, I'm grateful that he has the opportunity.
