Care Homes Owned by Excelcare in London

We picked Park Avenue after seeing two other similarly-priced care homes in Bromley. It stood out being modern, clean, bright and how positive the staff were. My aunt is really happy there - the room is large, clean, and the staff without question are kind, patient, and caring. There are activities in the home, regular trips out, and we're kept in regular touch via email updates, and during our visits. We all fully recommend Park Avenue!

Excellent care and a lovely team. Everyone is so kind and caring towards my mother. Special thanks to Peluni, who does a brilliant job organising activities and keeping the residents engaged and active. It's wonderful to see so much going on.

The staff are really kind and friendly. I think the difficulties of Parkinson's can bring more challenges than expected, but they did the best they could and they consulted us a lot, which we appreciated.

The care delivered by staff was outstanding.

Chris is well cared for. Always clean, always fed well. He isn't always able to do activities but he does enjoy them. The annual BBQ was wonderful, he really enjoyed the food and music as did we (myself and my Brother)

All staff around in lounge caring for residents. Staff are aware of my mums needs. Lots of activities for residents to participate in - staff always celebrate birthdays and other days (e.g. football, afternoon tea/ summer BBQ etc.) Families always welcome - Open door Policy

the home is always clean & My Mom is well looked after. Staff is very lovely and pleasant. EXCELLENT care all round.

Sadly his health has deteriorated a lot since he moved in (in no way related to the care he receives) and the way the staff have adapted the care to meet his needs has been sensitive and kind. They are both very professional and also friendly and informal. A wonderful group of people who I cannot thank enough.

Just spent a lovely morning with my Mum and other residents making fruit kebabs. This is just one of the many activities that Park Avenue Care Home arrange for the residents, there is always something going on! The staff are very caring and always keep me informed of how my Mum is. She is so much more mobile than when she first arrived, and it is a relief to me that she is well looked after and is safe and warm and happy.

Nan seems very happy + lovely to see photos of the activities + how they celebrate special occasions.

I have found the care home to be an excellent place for my mother. Nothing is too much trouble and all the staff are welcoming and helpful, even those who have only just met me. Mum is so much better since she was placed there. I really cant thank them enough. Mum is always mentioning how safe and cared for she feels.

I am really pleased with the way they look after and care for mum she is very happy here it is always clean and the staff are very nice and her room is very clean and tidy aswell as the manager is very nice and I get updates of whats going on.

Great care home, Nan loves it here. lovely staff. great activities. love that they get family involved all the time. easy to come in and see family.
