Adam joined Excelcare in February 2025. His move into care came after navigating my way through choosing a home for his grandmother who had been diagnosed with dementia with Lewy bodies.
In 2018 he joined Bupa as a Home Manager and has worked in care since. Adam has a passion for providing person centred quality care to his residents and support to families.
Adam enjoys cooking, traveling to explore new cultures and cuisines along with spending time with his godchildren.

Romaine comes from a background of Nursing and has progressed through the team and become Clinical Lead of the home. She joined Excelcare in 2024. Since joining the company, she has worked hard to provide the best care for all residents.
Romaine is a caring and passionate individual who always puts the needs of the residents and her team first and will do all she can to help Peartree thrive.
Sarah started with the home in 2024 as our Home Administrator and has taken to the role.
