Adam joined Excelcare in February 2025. His move into care came after navigating my way through choosing a home for his grandmother who had been diagnosed with dementia with Lewy bodies.
In 2018 he joined Bupa as a Home Manager and has worked in care since. Adam has a passion for providing person centred quality care to his residents and support to families.
Adam enjoys cooking, traveling to explore new cultures and cuisines along with spending time with his godchildren.

Sarah started with the home in 2024 as our Home Administrator and has taken well to the role.
Sarah has a background in Customer Service from working with Children and Teenagers for many years.
She brings a smile and a welcoming positive attitude to the home that promotes well-being within the home all around.
Marva provides opportunities for meaningful and purposeful activities and outings planned through a structured programme following discussions with residents and families.
Sabeel has been working in the company since 2009.
She is also an Otago Exercise Programme leader specialising in falls prevention for the elderly. She can be seen motivating people in our gym at least 3 times a week.
