Excelcare Peartree Care Home

My mother is in Peartree. The staff are unfailingly caring. They are very good at communicating with me about my mother. The home is spotlessly clean and fresh. My mother is well cared for. The events are lovely! Thank you to all the staff at Peartree.

The staff are all very welcoming and very friendly whenever I go to visit my friend. I attended the day of the Christmas party, which was great fun. The food was really good and they are all very attentive to the residents. Getting them involved and generally caring for them. They felt more like family. A fantastic care home.

My mum is very well cared for and seems very settled and happy.

My grandfather was a resident in this care home for a year. He was well looked after by the staff. They were professional, caring, helpful and friendly. My grandad loved it here. His own space was immaculate. Whenever I went to visit, it was always clean and tidy. Sadly, my grandad passed away at the care home, where he was looked after, on the 1st floor. I want to say how excellent the care was that he received. I would highly recommend Peartree.

My dad has been in Peartree Care Home for about three months now. All the staff are so caring and kind, he is treated so well and I could not be more grateful for the way they care for my dad, they truly are angels and I cannot thank them enough. Simply the best.

I have found all the staff on the second floor to be very professional, always willing to help, and cannot do enough to help us when we visit. All staff are very knowledgable and capable. I am very happy to have my mum be looked after by the staff. Mum is always found clean and tidy and the room is spotless.

This home and the services that they provide are above and beyond. The staff are very helpful and I have no complaints. The staff go beyond their roles and can't help enough. The home is very good in the way they provide their services.

I find Peartree Care Home clean, friendly and functional. The staff are professional, hard-working and polite. It's nice to see them dancing to music and doing their best to remain positive (even when often stretched to the limit). Excellent proactive management with great communication skills! Peartree Care Home is truly a community-centered home-from-home. Today my sister, a resident now for one year, had her 70th birthday, and it was such a brilliant afternoon. Everyone was having so much fun. Dancing, playing games (team), participating in a quiz and listening to a live clarinet performance. Wow! Kudos to the whole Peartree team for making this a caring, inclusive community experience. My sister was showered with love and affection. To be honest, it was one of her best birthdays ever! Thank you so much Peartree team.

Amazing care, wonderful people. Cannot fault any aspect of the care home. Complete peace of mind, where my mother is concerned. I could not praise the care home and the care received by my mother, enough.

I am given regular updates about Mum's health, behaviour, eating and drinking habits. I usually visit once a week and it's always a very friendly atmosphere. I do think that toiletries should be provided for private patients.

My mum, she's been living here for 5 years. I am very happy with her living here.
