The love and care bestowed to my mother over the last five years has been exceptional. As a family, we have been supported throughout the night up to the point where my mother recently passed away. We are thankful to all the carers at Peartree, especially all those on the second floor who cared and
loved Mum and to a particular member of staff for organising all the activities and fun entertainment for the residents, Mum always enjoyed. Another particular staff member and her team have all been exceptional. Much love to you all.

Peartree has been a rock of support for me and the family, so stress has been taken away. Mum has been here for one year and a month, well past her diagnosis of 3 to 6 months. All the staff in Peartree are kind and caring not only to residents but also to family or friends who visit. I am so pleased that my mum has a place in this home as I know that she is being cared for with compassion, dignity and kindness. The entertainment person does so much to help the residents occupied

I was apprehensive about leaving my mum in the care of strangers but I have been very pleasantly surprised. Everyone on the staff is caring, friendly and warm. The staff are friendly and understanding, helping to make this old girl comfortable and settled.
The food is very good, taking into account people's individual needs and tastes.
My room and bed and washing facilities are very good.
I am not made to feel a nuisance.

This is the best home I've ever been to visit. My mum was well looked after and much loved by staff members. I would recommend Peartree Care Home to all the elderly, they won't get this treatment anywhere else.

Adam joined Excelcare in February 2025. His move into care came after navigating my way through choosing a home for his grandmother who had been diagnosed with dementia with Lewy bodies.
