Neath Hill Care Centre is full of charm and character and has a distinct homely feeling. Situated in a quiet residential area of Milton Keynes, there are strong local community links with local shops and pubs within walking distance. There are excellent public transport services to central Milton Keynes Shopping Centre which is only a short bus ride away.

Neath Hill is a purpose built residential care home with an excellent reputation for providing a high standard of permanent and respite Dementia care and accommodation. There are 47 single bedrooms, 38 of which have en-suite facilities, along with six cosy lounges and five dining areas with kitchenettes.

Life at Neath Hill is designed so that each resident feels completely supported in all aspects of their lives. The activities programme is tailored around individuals interests and the building and facilities are designed in a way that incorporates the Dementia Care Strategy.

Additionally, there is a Hairdressing Salon and a lovely conservatory, used as a dining area, activity area, disco and library. Two of the lounges open onto their own enclosed courtyards, and there is also a large south facing garden, all of which are accessible to wheelchair users.

Remaining active is important and the home offers a wide variety of daily activities, along with events, such as discos, seated Ballet sessions, church services, a visiting hairdresser and chiropodist. All of which enhance the quality of life for the residents at Neath Hill.

The home takes great pride in the quality of the catering service and provides excellent, nutritious homely food whilst accommodating all specialised diets.

I visit my sister, and have seen a fast improvement in her well being. She has settled well and very content. Everytime we come the staff is so polite and helpful. Nothing is to much bother for them. Very welcoming! Thank you all so much for everything.

Was welcomed in straight away by the staff. Met two staff members in particular who were very cheerful and gave us a very positive out look of the care home and I found it very reasuring that my sister is in and very relaxed and well looked after place. My husband is now on his 3rd respite visit here. They take such great care of him when hes there and hes always so happy to go there.
I can have a weeks total rest knowing he is taken such good care of.
All members are so friendly and do a fabulous job.!
I wouldn't put him in respite anywhere else
now I just can't praise them highly enough.

A hidden gem. Tucked away in the Neath Hill Estate is the delightful Neath Hill residential home, which I used to visit regularly. From the minute you enter , it has a very homely feel. I loved the interaction seen between the residents and staff, who appeared to have good knowledge and understanding
of the individual needs of those in their care. I loved the warm welcome that I received too . The home and surroundings felt safe. Certainly worth a visit to see for yourself the excellent staff team and genuine care given .

I cannot fault the home in any way - such caring staff! It's the happiest I've ever seen my dad and he's always so beautifully presented in terms of hygiene and clothing. Home is spotless, always welcoming and I would 100% recommend. Thank you everyone at Neath House!

I would agree with another review that the service at Neath House is faultless. The staff were very caring and welcoming. They treated my dad with dignity at all times. He passed away while he was there so I spent a lot of time sitting with my dad and got to see how regularly the staff checked on him,
how they regularly prompted him to drink when he was able to and how they checked his clothes and position, cleaning, reclothing and repositioning him when necessary. They also took time to feed him and clearly took pride in ensuring he ate enough. When my sister and I went in to collect my dad's possessions they behaved with great compassion towards us. I cannot state highly enough the gratitude we feel for how they managed my dad's last days.

Mum has been at Neath House now for 2-3 years and she is so very happy as are we. The staff are absolutely amazing not only with all the residents but with us family when we visit. Nothing is too much trouble for any of them and they do so much with Mum and other residents keeping them entertained and
occupied as much as is possible, which is a great feeling knowing Mum is being looked after and cared for so well. Well done team Neath House! Keep up the good work and thank you all.

Excellent staff always helpful the place is lovely and clean and Mum is really looked. My mum is really happy here and we are always kept well informed about Mums progress, and her well-being and any medical issues are always discussed with me.

My nan is treated with the best care and love. She is encouraged to join in with activities and is very happy. If I need to go into a care home when I'm old this is the place I would like to be.

Neath House is excellent in all topics. My mum is cared for in a patient, caring and warm manner. Her independence and choices are always respected, and she responds very well to her care and the care staff. The staff, I feel she thinks of them as her second family. We were recently supported by the
staff to celebrate Mum's 90th. I can't thank them enough.

I was very anxious about my husband going into a care home I knew nothing about these places. You can imagine my delight when I discovered the joys of Neath House. My husband is happy there and enjoys enormously all the entertainment and activities that are available for him and he loves to walk so
the gardens are a plus. All the staff are so sweet and kind and the management is always available. His appearance is always cared for and his room with a view is lovely. Thank you Neath House.

Dad has been in Neath House for over 10 years now. Recently, he has asked the staff about potentially getting a dog for company. I imagine this isn't usually allowed in the care home, but the staff have provided my dad with an interactive toy dog, which is the next best thing, and a lot less work. I
appreciate the kind gesture.
