Brook House is divided in to four units over two floors. All rooms are single occupancy. Two premier rooms have been fitted with en-suite facilities. Each unit has a dining area, lounge and a kitchenette as well as bathrooms, shower rooms and toilets throughout the home. The upper floor is accessed by stairs or a lift.
Brook House provides -

The care home was very clean, staff was lovely and food good, my mother had a fall while she was in there, they contacted me straight away and kept me informed, they called the GP and she was ok, the staff were so kind and helpful by keeping me informed

The support the help and the kindness of all the staff at Brooke House Care Home has been wonderful at such a hard time with our mum in hospital, we had to make decisions that really my mum would've liked to have made regarding my dad going into a care home. Every visit we make he's smiling happy and his settled so quickly which is a great comfort to us all. Marie and fatima and all the staff have been fantastic with feedback and constant updates. It is the people at Brook House that really make it a caring home. The team put great effort into every moment from keeping things running smoothly in the everyday care and proactively addressing the needs of the residents, to the celebrations - seasonal decorations and events, birthdays, games and other activities. The garden and communal areas as well as the dog and cat that live onsite certainly enhance the environment. We visit our neighbour most weeks since he moved into the home earlier this year - at that time fragile, anxious, and with a number of health concerns. Over time we've seen him find his feet, feel more at ease, have health issues addressed, build trust and confidence, and start to make friends with other residents. The staff go out of their way to accommodate any requests during visits and ideas to improve his experience that we might have. A big thanks in particular to Manuela for always bringing a smile, compassion, professionalism, team stewardship, hospitality.
