Thank you for taking the time to review us. We know how difficult it is when you lose a loved one. We loved your mum as much as she loved us. She was always a pleasure to care for and support.
Thank you so much for taking the time to review us, your thoughts and comments are greatly appreciated by the team. Your father has settled at Queens Court and is a pleasure to support. It's lovely to know that families feel supported too.
Your Mum became very much part of our home almost immediately, and the years she has spent with us have been and continue to be very much our pleasure. The wealth of interests - animals, song, quizzes, stories and incredible warmth and good humour she brought along with her, and her daughter too, are among the many things that make Queens Court a great home.
Your uncle was very much loved and very much missed; he gave us all great pleasure, as he always had a joke or story to tell or a song to sing. He very much played on his Australian heritage, often appearing in a hat with corks hanging on it, singing Waltzing Matilda. A genuinely lovely man, that we were privileged to support.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Mum kept true to herself right until the very end. She was still as determined and knew what she wanted, as the day she moved in. It was lovely that, as her family, you were able to visit daily, spending quality time with her. Even just holding her hand whilst she was sleeping was a comfort to both you and her and she would have heard the chatter in the room, as you and the grandchildren spoke.
Looking after your dad was our pleasure. His greetings, the things he would say, and his sense of humour, make him very much missed. It was lovely that your dad was able to come home for his final days to be cared for by staff that knew him and loved him and that you as a family were able to spend time with him. All any of us want to do is be comfortable at home, and for dad, Queen's Court was just that, his home.
I am so pleased that she is at Queens Court. It is the nicest, kindliest, and most
Thank you for looking after her, I can sleep at night knowing the dear old lady is in the best possible place.
Thank you for taking the time to review Queen's Court. Looking after your mum is our pleasure. She has settled well and joins in with different activities alongside other residents. It is good to hear she was enjoying some pamper time in the sunshine.
As mum was so far away from Queen's Court we had to rely on others to complete an assessment for us. We had some knowledge of mum's health but did not know how difficult life for her at the time was. Mum is definitely a changed woman since joining us; her health has improved dramatically, and she looks a different woman. It's so lovely to see her sitting and chatting with friends she has made. She is one of our glamorous super nans.
Thank you for taking the time to review Queen's Court. We have been doing our best to keep families and residents in touch. We recognise our IT is not always easy, so hope that the photos and little newsletters are bridging the gap until families are able to visit again.
Your kind words about the team are much appreciated. The terms you have used: caring, competent, exceptional, and a credit to the profession, are great to hear. They are definitely a team I, as manager, am very proud of. Saying thank you to the team, as you have, goes a long way.
It is always lovely when you visit; mum enjoys your company and the staff enjoy talking with you too. Mum doesn’t always remember what she had done, so it’s good to hear the staff are taking the time to keep you up to date with what mum has been doing. The decision to move mum to a different part of the home has proved to be the right choice.
Please
Please, also, don't forget what they have done for us all when this is hopefully all behind us, and when we can visit again give a helping hand and treats for all the hardworking staff.
10/10 for everybody at Queens Court.
Your mum is very new to Queen's Court, and it’s a pleasure to have such a lovely lady become one of our residents. I appreciate how hard it is for families not being able to visit at the moment, but lovely to read that you recognise we are doing all we can to try and keep everyone safe.
We appreciate how difficult it is for families to make the decision to place a loved one in a care home. Having the trust in the home and staff to care for something so precious is really tough. Not only do the staff have good humour; so has mum, she is often laughing when I see her. We know not being able to visit during this difficult time is hard for families, but hope the messages, photos and newsletter bring some comfort.
It’s good to hear that the weekly newsletter, we are sending out, is being enjoyed by families. We have also set up a social media page which is private to families, where photos and messages can be exchanged. Mum is fairly new to the home but has settled well and made a number of new friends.

The way you have spoken about Queen's Court and the work we do is lovely and much appreciated, and as the Manager, it makes me very proud of the home and the team. Thank you for taking the time to write such a lovely review, your Mother settled with us very quickly and she took part in the activities arranged in the home and day centre; we look forward to her coming to stay again.

The words you have chosen to sum up your feelings of Queens Court are lovely. Care and kindness, compassion, understanding and patience, all mixed with a bit of good humour, beautifully said - Thank you.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review for Queens Court; your kind words are much appreciated. Looking after your dad was our pleasure, and your love of him and dedication to him as daughters, was lovely to see; he always spoke of both of you. Your dad had a brilliant sense of humour, even when we discussed the regular evening safety checks he liked to do, he always had a response, the multiple fire alarm tests certainly kept us on our toes!
