Hi, my name is Elizabeth, and I am the General Manager here at The Warren. Welcome to our website!

I have a background in nursing in my home country and I have completed my level 5 diploma in leadership and management in health and social care in England. In my 16 years of working in healthcare, I have learnt to lead by example and ensure every resident is treated as the unique individual that they are.

I love working for Barchester and leading the team at The Warren in the care and support of residents to provide first-class service that meets their individual needs. We have a truly lovely home and a fantastic team.

My vision is to create a 'home from home' environment, where residents are actively involved in organising events, making decisions, and planning their care. 

Hi, my name is Jade

I have worked within the care sector for over ten years now. I have experience working within the hospital, residential care, dementia and nursing care.
I find working in care very rewarding and find it especially so being able to support residents to have the quality of life they want and deserve.
I have been at The Warren since April 2021, I am really enjoying working for the company and I have been welcomed by all the residents and team, making my job role a pleasure.

Jade

Lisa has worked at The Warren for 5 years becoming Head Housekeeper in August 2018. Lisa and her team are on hand to assist with any housekeeping issues and always keep the home looking clean and tidy.

My name is Kirstie and I am lucky enough to be the Activities Coordinator here at The Warren.

I have many years of experience working in Activities leisure and lifestyle roles.

I love being part of the Warren team and supporting our residents to live their best lives with fun, interesting, and varied activities available every week. I always feel that the importance of residents' input into our weekly planner is important giving all residents equal opportunity to explore new interests as well as keeping up with previous interests and hobbies.

Jon joined the team at The Warren in February 2019 and is always on hand to help staff and residents with any maintenance issues. Jon is a valued member of the team and has a positive can-do approach.

My name is Afua Menkah Nuakoah, and I am the Head Chef here at The Warren Care Home in Norwich.

I am self-motivated with good knowledge and an in-depth understanding of the preparation and presentation of meals.

As the Head chef, I take pride in my work and diligent care to ensure daily meals are prepared as per the weekly menu’s requirements.

I am highly organised and have excelled at managing and working closely with the kitchen team and all the staff members to ensure the effective running of the kitchen.

Sabrina has worked for Barchester Healthcare for over 20 years and joined the team here at The Warren in 2018. Sabrina is the first person most people will see when visiting and is a great asset to the team.

Hi, my name is Carl and I am a Senior Carer here at The Warren.

Following a long career in teaching children I decided to have a change and follow my passion to look after the elderly.

I have been working at The Warren for 5 years now. Our residents have so many fantastic stories that they share and I really enjoy getting to know their families and friends too when they come to visit.

I really enjoy working at The Warren and nothing drives me more than providing the best possible care for all of our residents who choose to make The Warren their home.

Hi, I'm Mar and I have been part of Barchester Health Care since 2015 and enjoy being a Team Leader at The Warren.

My team and I help our residents to enjoy life to the fullest by providing all the daily assistance that each person needs. We are on hand every day to help with the smallest of tasks, and the residents all know they can count on us to be there whenever we are needed.
