My dad has been resident here for a few months.
The staff know my dad's needs and do their best to accommodate his needs.
All the staff are very friendly and know me.
The food is good and again tailored to dad's requirements.
Dad is generally well looked after.

I have marked the activities section down as dad stays in his room so does not join in.

My Mom came to this home as respite. Never been in a home before. The initial home assessment could have been more thorough and the getting to know you forms filled in before she moved in. The care home is very clean. Safety of residents is of top priority. Varied and balanced meals and snacks every day. Drinks available 24/7. Very friendly home. Will definitely use next time for Mom's respite. She settled amazingly considering the circumstances, although the respite room was poor, no natural light as windows faced a wall.

In my opinion, Beech Lodge is improving year by year. The care staff there are always so kind and friendly to all the residents. My mum has been staying at Beech Lodge for a few years now and seems very happy. There is always some kind of activity during the week for the residents. The kitchen provides excellent food, and birthday cakes for the residents. I have no hesitation in recommending this care home.
