I've only given care and support four stars on this occasion although I feel the care is 100% things keep going missing from my wife's room and I am expected to replace it at my cost!! !!

Excellent staff. Some complaint's of soggy veg for Lunch. does not like the night staff very much. That could just be may wife.. I feel very much at home on her behave on visiting. Rooms is good and facilitys great. WELL DONE TO YOU ALL. Roger

Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Meeting mums' needs with care and compassion. The activities are very interesting, and everyone is encouraged to join in. Everyone is always aware if someone is feeling unwell calling doctors if needed, and informing family. Staff are very helpful and always have time for us. Food very good, and cups of tea are always available. The home is a lovely place to be. Well done to every one of you, I know how hard the job.

Beyond looking after Dad, the team wrapped their arms around our entire family with endless warmth, patience and compassion during our most difficult moments. It takes truly special people to do this work, and they are absolute angels. Thank-you from the bottom of our hearts.

My husband has settled into Kerenza so well and this is because of the staff and facilities. His room is a very good size and is kept very clean.

Staff are very helpful and can't do enough for you. If you need any help.

My beloved wife is at peace and at home here. The staff are simply wonderful, and she has her own room, which has within it all she needs. She particularly loves the fact that people are passing and popping in all the time, which makes her feel part of the 'real world'. I have always found her happy and content, which means that although she doesn't want me to leave, I can do so knowing she is loved and really cared for. My respite stay of 14 nights was a lovely experience. I was looked after very well. The food was very good and all the carers and staff were so caring and lovely. My room was nice and comfortable. And I made a new special friend while I was there. Thank you to all those who looked after me.

My father moved to Addison Park in 2020 and has been very happy here. The care he received has been exemplary, in recent years his health declined and his care adjusted to suit his more complex needs. I have always been informed of any issues and when he passed away at the home recently he was treated with dignity. I would recommend Addison Park to anyone considering residential care.

Nice, friendly staff - well-run.

My mum has been at the home for nearly three years. Overall experience is good. Staff are always welcoming and friendly, and any medical issues seem to me dealt with efficiently. Mum always looks clean. My sadness is that she sleeps most of the time or doesn't understand things anymore. She is always in bed, so does not interact or take part in anything anymore, she just exists. She does not get any treats like other residents, and she can't feed or drink sufficiently, rarely seems to get anything other than at main meal times. Her room could do with a chair for visitors, as her own was disposed of after scabies.

Mum is in the home due purely to old age, 98. She is not a difficult person to look after generally but I think all people of this age can be a little difficult at times when they don't want to do this or that and it must be difficult for the staff day in, day out doing this job, they must have so many patients. I must say that apart from the patient, all of us visitors and family get a first-class welcome and treatment from all the staff and management each time we visit. Overall the room and facilities are good and clean and the food varied and well prepared, so couldn't really ask for much better care and attention.

Life is really busy and I don't visit as often as I'd like but I'm not made to feel guilty about that when I do manage to get there so appreciate that.

All the kindness, care and respect fr all the residents at Beech Lodge is never-ending. This is a very happy home. I am glad to have lived in and experienced.

On the whole I would say my Mum is well looked after, and her health seems to have improved which is good. The staff are very attentive, and my Mum loves the interaction she has with them. The staff team are always helpful, and nothing ever seems to be too much trouble when you ask them anything. The home is generally clean, and I have never noticed any smells, it would be nice if it could look a little more homely, but I appreciate that could be difficult. The home always keep me up to date if anything is happening with my Mum, and they are easy to contact if I need to ask them anything. Thank you

Friendly staff and mum is looked after very well. There are a lot of activities that take place and there are visits to the home by nursery groups, singers and hairdresser. My mum loves having her nails painted and every week these are done. Mum has now moved to a better room where she can look at the birds, squirrels and wildlife. Also she has a view of the trains which she likes to watch.

Dad has been here less than a month, and so far has been very happy being here, which puts our mind at rest that he'll be well looked after.
