The staff went over and above to make sure my mother-in-law was comfortable and well cared for. They took the time to find out her likes and dislikes. The food looked and smelt appetising and she really enjoyed it. They took every care to make her happy and were welcoming to family and friends.
In
my opinion the staff at Meadowbrook are exceptional, kind, caring and thoughtful.
Difficult to put into words my high esteem for them.

My dad has recently become a resident at one of your care homes. He has been quite distressed. The staff have been and are amazing! They show understanding, kindness, compassion and are very welcoming to us, his family. But there are not enough of them. For their well-being and the well-being of the

I would like to commend Trecarrel on the excellent level of care given to my Mother. All the care givers are so professional, and the senior staff go above and beyond.
I have always been made so welcome and, very much feel part of the Trecarrel family.
My Mum has resided at Trecarrel for 8 years,
and in that time I cannot fault the level of her care. I can leave Mum knowing she is getting the best care I could have wished for.

My wife has been in Trewidden care home since February 2025 having been diagnosed as a danger to herself living at home.
I have been very impressed with Trewidden care home on each of my weekly visits. The standard of the home is superb, wonderfully situated above St Ives. The room has a sea view and
bathroom. The home did not shame a 5 star hotel. The staffing team are all very helpful and take a great care in all their residents. A really lovely home.

The care my dad receives at Karenza is wonderful, even though there has been a large change in staff recently, the standards have continued to be high.
Dad loves being at Karenza and on many occasions, has said he wouldn't want to be anywhere else.
After each visit, I go home feeling happy that Dad

I'm always made very welcome when I visit. Mum seems well cared for and is always in good spirits when I visit. I find all the staff are friendly and helpful. There's a wheelchair made available when needed for us to go out and it's very easy to walk down into the local town from the home.

Have been visiting my husband for nearly two years on a daily basis, I have found the staff excellent and very friendly, I am always made to feel part of the team, My husband is well looked after which makes me feel good. Today there was entertainment - when we were visited by a production team which
portrayed the four seasons, this was very well produced and al the residents enjoyed it as well as being involved.
