I cannot praise the care home and its wonderful staff highly enough. They treat my mother like an absolute queen, with such kindness, warmth, patience and respect. It is clear that they genuinely love and care for her, and they truly enjoy having her around. Nothing ever seems too much trouble, and they go above and beyond to make sure she is happy, comfortable and well looked after. My mother certainly has them running around after her hand and foot, but they do it with smiles, kindness and genuine affection. The care, compassion and respect they show her gives our family enormous peace of mind. We honestly could not wish for a better team of people to care for her.

We looked to put my Mother into a care home over the Christmas period for respite. We did our research and decided upon St Breock in Wadebridge. Our first impression was that it wa a little dated, however that was where the negativity ended. The management team couldn't have done enough to prepare us for my mother's stay. The establishment is very organised and professionally run. There are an abundance of staff who are very friendly and helpful. My experience from reception through the inner workings of the home, was exemplary. my mother loved her time at St Breock. I would like t thank each and every one of the team for the excellent care and attention they provided. From top to bottom - a team to be proud of. A big thank you.

I joined my father on Saturday 20th for an early Father's Day meal.It had been cooked by the lovely Nicky. The meal was a delicious homemade beef pie, mashed potatoes, vegetables and gravy. For pudding we had homemade bread and butter pudding. My dad ate the whole meal which he thoroughly enjoyed it. The meal was beautiful presented on warm plates as well as the food still being hot. A huge compliment to the cook Nicky for such a delicious meal

My husband was at St Breock for 5 days. He clearly enjoyed his stay, took part in activities and was well fed. It seems the staff enjoyed having him there and it provided me with a very much needed rest. I found all the staff helpful, kind and attentive and had no qualms at all about leaving him for his short holiday from me! I would very gladly have him enjoy a week at St Breock every few months.
Thank you for your kind feedback. We're so pleased your husband enjoyed his time with us and that it gave you a well-deserved break. It's always a joy to hear our care and activities make a positive difference. We'd be delighted to welcome him again in the future.
I honestly couldn't be happier with our choose of care home. Ever since our first visit all the staff have been so helpful and friendly. My Dad's bedroom is always clean and tidy as are all the communal areas. Dad always seems to be getting the care and attention he needs. The food looks great and everybody seems to enjoy it. St Breock hosted a Mother's Day lunch and family were invited. The dining room was laid out so beautifully with roses and place settings. The staff gave us a proper restaurant experience and the roat and crumble were delicious. It was such a good idea as it is often difficult to get out for a meal. Thank you to all!
Thank you for your lovely review! We're so glad you and your family enjoyed the Mother's Day lunch. It was a pleasure to create a special experience, and your kind words mean a lot to the team!
Brilliant. Highly organised and efficient management team. Great levels of personal care and plenty of entertainment and home cooked food options for residents. After a period of adjustment Nan has settled in brilliantly made lots of friends and is a happy resident.

We truly appreciate your kind words.
This is my last review of St Breock Care Home, my dear friend has gone to pick up leaves in another garden. She was with you for nearly 4 years and you made her feel happy and safe immediately, you helped her make it her home and part of an extended family. She laughed a lot, caused havoc occasionally and towards the end became very ill, but you carried on with excellent care. If you are looking for residential care that is safe and secure for a loved one, look no further, you won't find better. Don't look at the building, it is improving, it's the care that is important. Talk to the whole team, carers, housekeepers, caterers and entertainment, they are all there, working together with one aim, to care. I thank you all for the well-being, comfort and dignity you gave to her and the kindness and support extended to us.
Thank you for your kind words, our team at St Breock will be so proud to read them. They will be honoured to have been part of your dear friend's journey and to have provided her with a loving and supportive home. Your appreciation will mean so much to our entire team. Wishing you all the best for the future.
This care home is amazing! The staff are so caring and helpful! So glad Nan is here and the staff treat her amazing and she feels so comfortable here which is so reassuring! Love how they organise stuff for the residents to do and include them all. Amazing.
Thank you so much for your wonderful review for St Breock. We're thrilled to hear that your Nan feels so comfortable and well cared for. Our team is dedicated to enriching the lives of every one of our residents and we love creating activities that everyone can enjoy.
